Hit List Menu – Garden City, ID

Type : Fast food restaurant

Location : Garden City, ID

Hello everyone!! We wanted to take a minute to explain what we offer. An alternative to fast food, there are great burgers to be had all over the treasure valley, many that we love. There are times we have to have our fix of certain fast food staples as we grew up eating them like most everybody else. That being said, we are NOT a normal fast food restaurant, there are zero fillers in our food and we grind whole cuts of meat from Idaho, in house to make our patties so that we know exactly what is in our ground beef. We grind and form our patties, meatballs and bratwurst completely in house. We cure and smoke our pastrami in house along with smoking our pulled pork in house. If you are out for a good deal on real food, we are a great option.

We had the pastrami burger and the chili cheese burger. It was awesome! The chili was an all meat with a great flavor and a mild heat. The pastrami had a wonderful moist smoked flavor that paired great with the Swiss cheese and grilled onions and spicy brown mustard. Everything was portioned perfectly, the ratio of chili to burger with cheese was spot on. Highly recommend!

I have mixed feelings about this one, but mostly positive. We drove 30 minutes from Nampa to Garden City just to try this place based on reviews. We purposely went after the lunch rush and arrived around 1:25pm but the place was entirely empty. No big deal, just an observation. It’s located in a rather obscure area so much that you wouldn’t know it was there unless specifically looking for it. The place was remarkably clean and the service was fast and friendly. I love that the meat they use there is locally sourced from the Thomas Cattle Company. My daughter ordered the classic burger and I got the hot pastrami sandwich. We also got a side of fried zucchini This is where the mixed feelings come in.

Tried the food for the first time with my fiancé. The portions & prices are sublime, they have different cuts of meat, and everything sat well & very hearty in the stomach. We tried the double & a classic burger w/ fries & fried zucchini, all were very delicious/unique in their own ways. Staff was friendly & attentive, so that a plus. We’re gonna try the Pastrami burger next time. I would recommend the place.

Probably my new favorite burger joint. I order a cheese burger without a bun and a side salad. The burger tasted excellent. The way a burger should. It was what I strive for when I’m grilling at home. The salad was simple, fresh, and refreshing. It’s nice to find a place that does the basics really well.

Hands down the best burger I’ve ever had in my life. I’ve travelled all around the country and had many burgers but honestly nothing comes close to these burgers. Everything on the menu is amazing and the service is fantastic.

Im very picky when it comes to burgers. Its really all about the meat! So I was ecstatic to find Hit List! They carefully source their meat and you can taste the quality! Fries were served fresh and hot! We were not dissapointed! Staff was so welcoming and the place is very clean. Convenient parking too.

Honestly, this place is amazing. Welcoming friendly staff, very personable. My husband has been in an endless search for the perfect chili, AND meatballs since we left California. Let’s say the journey has ended. The meatballs, holy smokes (literally smoke) so freakin’ good! The chili, can I drink it?! Please!!!! The burgers, all the amazing seasoning and melted cheese and everything else that makes a burger great. The fries and fried zucchini, listen.. I’m a french frie snob and I absolutely LOVE fried zucchini…I was on cloud 9.

I had the Philly and it was one of the best I had ever had. My wife had the chili cheese burger and she said she never wanted it to end. The fried zucchini was the best way to eat zucchini. My daughter had the pastrami sandwich and she told me to make sure it received 5 stars. We all agreed on this one.
