Plenty of parking in the lot. You can order by a tablet which makes it very easy and convenient. We bought 6 dishes and it came out to be around $60. The atmosphere was very nice, artistic, and comforting. They bought out a large glass pitcher of water so we could refill to our hearts content. The food was tasty, The bubble tea was delicious. And when our son spilled water, the staff was super friendly about it. Would recommend.

The first I got boba it was inedible. But they were busy so I came back and it was perfect. Any boba shop is a hit or miss. The food is big enough for two people. I highly recommend going here

HiTea offers Japanese comfort food with a wide variety of options. From udon noodles to ramen bowls and donbouri, there’s something for everyone. We had an assortment of dishes and milk teas, and everything was delicious. Ordering is easier using the kiosk by the front register than it was using the phone app. Our food was served promptly and piping hot. This place is worth a stop!

The ramen and the tea are absolutely wonderful. I will absolutely be going in instead of ordering out next time though because the takoyaki was very doughy on the inside and I felt they may have been rushed.

This place is the cutest! The stuff was super nice and such a neat place to eat. The ramen was so good! As well at the fruit tea, rice cakes, and tuna rice bowl! 10/10 recommend!

I’ve been here multiple times and had a good experience the first time I went here. The inside is decorated really nicely but the service ruined our entire experience. Before sitting down we went to the counter to order and we’re told we could sit and order online with a QR code. There were teenage girls working behind the counter who were laughing and messily making boba for another customer who had ordered. We ordered at the counter and the girl taking our order didn’t seem to know how to work the register and had to have her manager come help her. The waitresses that brought our food out were laughing and leaned over our table to place the food down. Our food was good up until we found a piece of long black hair tangled into the rice which we proceeded to ask for a refund for. After that we found a shorter piece of black hair in the other meal. We were very polite and didn’t ask for a refund for the second meal but just let the staff know there was hair in the food and the manager was extremely rude telling us we were lying. I do not have black hair so there is no way it was my hair and the waitress and cooks both had black hair. Would not recommend anyone to go here, my appetite was ruined after eating only a few bites of my meal. Overall the staff was immature and the customer service was not good.

The Roasted Oolong Milk Tea is so yummy and relaxing! They have so many different foods from Asian culture including but not limited to Bentos’, Tonkatsu, tofu, ramen, and more! The ambiance and decorations are so fun and pretty! They have Lego sculptures of castles and put together models of other grandiose buildings. I found my new happy place! I didn’t even mention the giant teddy bear that they have! I’m in love. New favorite place!

Initially tried their Delmar location, and discovered that this location had more menu items. Glad they had ramen and bento boxes. Their milk tea selection was also great. You order from your table and they serve it to you. Okinawa and brown sugar milk tea
