Hands down some of the best bbq in the area. Bomb a** turkey legs too. My only two complaints would be ADD MORE CHEESE TO THE MAC! The noodles were SEASONED but very dry… The red beans and rice were so salty I felt my blood pressure go up! Baby my legs sure felt the sodium levels in my blood increase. I mixed a lil bit of the turkey meat to help. I will DEFINITELY be back but please, please get these minor issues fixed cuz without those issues this would easily be top 3 bbq spots. $48 for whats pictured.

I love this place. I found it because I was wanting some soul food near me and passed by twice before realizing its in the gas station. But it’s so worth it. The ribs, turkey leg, brisket, fried chicken, oxtail, etc have all been delicious. The greens are my favorite side but they’re all good. Definitely support him if you’re ever in the area..

Had high hopes despite negative reviews. As a person that’s is from southeast TX I know bbq and this could use some improvement. I try give everyone a fair shot despite negative reviews and I hate to have to add to these but here’s a few things I noticed. I ordered a turkey leg, jerk chicken plate with yams and red beans and brisket and ribs with Mac and greens. To sum it up all sides except Mac and cheese were not good. Red beans had a dirty taste to them yams no sweetness They taste more smokey than anything. Greens weren’t my fave. Mac and cheese was ok. Jerk chicken was a complete no it was very very bland it’s not like actual jerk chicken with a sauce it was more like a watery based gravy that didn’t have a taste. Turkey leg was ok it was fall off the bone. Brisket was a little dry but edible. I did ask for extra sauce and I was only given 1 small extra which wasn’t really enough to cover the food. This place could have potential they just need to work on exploring seasonings and giving more sauce.

Wow oh wow best BBQ around hands down! The beans are the best I’ve ever had, perfect amount of spice, and the meats were so tender and flavorful. Everything is so good! Thank you for the wonderful service and BBQ!
