As a customer that likes to experience great food and service, we had high expectations. I am a private chef and in the service industry. Maybe our expectations were too high. Two nights in a row service was absolutely horrible. I would recommend never stepping foot in this place. Not worth your time. Save your money and go experience a place that cares about their customers.

Service needs work. We watched our server sprint around the restaurant trying to catch up. We ordered dessert to go after dinner and the server came back to refill our waters and ask if we wanted anything else. Bizarre. Then our bill was wrong and it took about 15 minutes to resolve that. By the time we left, our ice cream dessert was melted. Food was average.

Just say no. Evening of Wednesday July 27, 2022. We have favorite places due to places such as this not measuring up. I did relay my concerns about the steak to the waitress. She said she would let the manager know. I was a single diner. Appeared to be a single waitress serving ten tables until just before I left. Pre meal $20 “old fashioned” drink was too sweet. Small glass filled with same ice served in their sodas. All the food was served cold. Possibly because food left sitting after preparation. I noticed that instead of serving one table at a time, several tables at once -we were served assembly line style. As a result, the appetizer onion rings were cold & mealy. After a bad drink and appetizer, I called off the friends I was supposed to meet. Main course: Green beans were drowned in butter. Onions and mushrooms I substituted from mashed potato had a decent taste but, again drowned in butter. Strip steak requested medium rare. Served cool rare. As a result, the edges were too tough to cut with steak knife (provided upon request.) Didn’t eat much of it. I would not return for a single item that I experienced. Photos taken at conclusion of meal. $88.74 price ($20 drink) before tip was lower than expected for a premier hotel restaurant with a named chef. But, four times the quality of my experience. Although windows were dirty, the view was nice. So given two stars.

I was a bit hesitant at first reading the reviews but I was so IMPRESSED. The host was so kind and welcoming plus because of our special date she made sure we had a table with the fantastic view. Our server was also extremely knowledgeable about the menu and the area and gave us a few tourist spots to hit. The food was AMAZING as well. Would highly HIGHLY recommend the potstickers as they were to die for and my pasta primavera that was modified by our server and her recommendations was full of flavor! My boyfriend’s burger was tasty with a toasty bun and awesome fries. All in all 10/10 we will be going back!

Food was bland and overpriced. Ordered the spinach dip, pasta primavera, beef pasta, and mashed potatoes. All plain and boring, could have made it at home for a quarter of the price. I knew we should have left the moment we walked in on a summer Friday night and the restaurant was practically empty. Live music was great but too loud for that small space.

Got started immediately, but none of waiter or waitresses knew we were in their section. Took over 30 mins to get a drink. The appetizer also took a long time, not to mention the main course and any additional beverages. Food was good, but not worth the wait.

Had an absolutely divine steak here. 13 ounce strip loin, medium rare. There’s not a better joy on this earth than a nice steak. The waiter didn’t believe that I could eat all of it; I proved them wrong. Transcendent. God blessed this steak with His own mighty hands. God bless
