The food is exceptional and the portions, generous. Feels like family is cooking when I get takeaway from here and I usually have two meals out of one plate. Their tabouli, hummus and baba are always fresh and delicious. Highly recommend!

While driving south on Highway One, it was so great to stop off at HMB Kebab in Half Moon Bay. We had been there several years ago and I forgot how delicious their food is! It featured an array of fantastic Mediterranean entrees plus some great imported Middle Eastern food items to buy and try, from extra virgin first press olive oil to unique spices, Cardamon tea, many types of Turkish Delight and more. For lunch, we ordered the Beef Shish Kebab which my husband absolutely loved…which is why we purchased the spices for meats. He really enjoyed his sides of grape leaves and hummus which comes with the order. I ordered the Chicken Shish Kebab and it was also very tasty. I thought the hummus and Baba Ganoush were truly exceptional and I often order that at other restaurants. We had leftovers for dinner to take with us, too. We also saw there were an array of 8 different salads and 6 types of wraps from falafel to chicken, meat, kefta and salmon. They have New York Steak Kebab, too. They had baklava and rice pudding that we’ll try next time. They also offer several refreshing non-alcoholic fruit themed cocktails and sodas.The owner and manager were kind and accommodating. The parking was very easy and accessible. We dined indoors but they also had tables outside as well. We would highly recommend dining at HMB Kebab where you’re a local or a visitor!

Nice small restaurant in a nice small town. Easy to locate & find parking. I ordered the falafel wrap & a side of fries for 2 people. There was plenty of food for a meal & there were fries leftover for later. Everything was served hot and fresh and tasted delicious. The falafel wrap had the perfect assortment of flavors and the right amount of each ingredient. Good customer service, too. Would definitely visit again.

We stopped by here to pick up dinner after a day at Poplar Beach. It was SO GOOD! The sizes of our meals were definitely worth the average $14 price for entree style meals. And their baklava was so delicious and flaky but also sweet and dense. Oh my gosh, please get the baklava while you’re there.
