The single star is for the Sbarro locations. Over the last few months along the OH Turnpike in both directions the Sbarro restaurants have completely gone downhill in regards to quality and quantity of food AND the customer service. Very sad to see this happen as Sbarro is one of the few pizza joints I enjoy. May just have to start packing a meal while I travel bi-monthly thru The Buckeye.
