Delicious! My husband went in today to grab lunch with his coworker. It was so good that he made the time to order food for the kids and I. The food was fresh and tasted like home. One of the best muffalettas I have ever had but it could use another layer of cheese. Service was very good, I never ran it of drink. Staff was constantly checking on us to see if we needed anything. And had the decorations hanging literally anywhere and everywhere they could find to put them. Very nice place to eat on a Friday evening after a rough week at the office.

Food was good. I had a burger and Duke had pastrami sandwich and fries. I ordered beer battered onion rings which were good but didn’t eat them all cause they smelled fishy. I was craving onion rings so I chanced eating them (shrimp and fries are fried in same oil). The younger waitress was super cheery and nice. I loved seeing all those old lunch boxes; made for nostalgic conversation.

Local institution. Hours are sometimes weird due to the bridge construction that will hopefully finish late 2023. Like all the local businesses they have been struggling bc of the bridge traffic. The food is really good. Get the hot subs. Steak night! The interior is a fun walk through time. Lots of local history and art by SJ Stout
