The only thing I liked here was the coffee and the service. My omelette was overdone (the egg had turned brown from overcooking) and, for some reason, the top egg was much thicker than the bottom. It was so cold in there my son wouldn’t eat because he was freezing. The homemade raspberry pie was lacking flavor and freshness. The prices are insane considering the quality of food they serve.

Hobo Hut was a nice little down home, home town restaurant. The service was great and the food was good. The best part was the homemade pie omg, it was heated up good and warm with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream!!! I ate that first! Then we had their baked cod, another side, tossed salad and mock turtle soup (it was actually made out of chicken), it was good

Small country type diner. Great food! Really good prices for today’s world! Would recommend to anyone. Just fyi, they only take cash.

Had a great ham and cheese hoagie. Fires were fresh and crispy. Went for lunch and was quick and delicious. Only issue is that I didn’t know that they don’t take credit cards. Cash only. I was fortunate I had some cash usually I do not.

My husband and I stopped here after early church on Sunday morning because they serve lunch all day in addition to thier breakfast menu.

Good fried apples, tasted like Stouffer’s. Worst heavy crumbly biscuits ever. Home fries dark brown & greasy. Sausage gravy was so so. My western omelette had hardly any of the advertised onions, green peppers, or mushrooms, which were clearly not fresh, but from a can. No 1/2 & 1/2, just powdered creamer packets or milk.

Your typical neighborhood dairy bar restaurant but with better homemade food and very good prices. It’s not top of the line but the food was tasty and the portions are big. Lots of sandwiches to choose from that you may not expect to be in such a small place. I will definitely stop again when I’m in town

Small establishment, but very delicious! The goetta is amazing! You may not know what it is, but highly recommended! The service was great! Make sure to bring cash for this is a cash only placea If you don’t have cash a convenient bank is right next door!
