Yum! So while traveling in from DC back to where I live in the Shenandoah Valley I thought I’d love to have some pulled pork barbecue. This was a surprise discovery for me. The service is very friendly and helpful. They guided me through the sizeable menu to a great choice. I had the two meat platter with generous portions of brisket and pulled pork with sides of macaroni & cheese and fries. You can get the brisket with some fat or lean (or a combination). The meats were fantastic. You can’t go wrong with either. The omemade Mac & cheese was creamy and cheese tasting – which can be bland at some places. The fries were great and they give you a generous portion.

We were visiting from TN and found this place online. Once we walked I’m they made us feel right at home and explained everything on the menu that we had questions about. The manager even mixed up his concoction of sauce that he likes to put on the fries.

My first visit….Food was delicious! Portions were generous! Staff was friendly and efficient! Even got to meet the owner’s wife who was putting in the work as well! Love that it is a local family owned and operated business! Place was clean and neat and nicely decorated. The music was great as well. I look forward to my next visit and will spread the word!
