We used their delivery service. They use Door Dash. No English, food cold missing drinks. Pulled Pork Sandwich small amount of cold, dry meat with no sauce on sandwich or on side as requested. The delivery service a restaurant chooses is a direct reflection and extension of the restaurant.

Great sandwiches and kids menu options. The portions were smaller than expected but still very good, nonetheless. Drive thru was awkward but we navigated it well. The house BBQ sauce has a smokey sweet flavor and compliments the meat of your choosing, nicely pairs well with a domestic canned lager from home. My daughter says the lemonade is good for kids. And ill take her word for it. She is 7.

I’ve only ever had good food and pleasant time here. I always enjoy the folks behind the counter. They’re diligent, courteous, sometimes even witty. As for the food, I can’t pick a winner between here and the other great BBQ place in Lawrence, because sometimes I prefer one and sometimes the other. Either way, I’m going to get sumptuous BBQ; ribs, pulled pork and brisket being top draws for me except when burnt ends are available. The sides are just okay at both places, but I don’t go for the sides. This place does have some nice dessert pie slices. Too bad beer isn’t on tap at either place, but I’m gettin’ a little old to drink and drive, anyway. Bottom line (finally) is if you want terrific BBQ you can’t go wrong here.

The brisket just melted in my mouth!! Cole slaw is made with vinegar, but it wasnt tart like most vinegar slaws; i loved it and i normally won’t eat vinegar slaw. Food was excellent, best BBQ I have had in years!!! Place was nice and quiet. Plenty of funny signs to read on the wall while ur waiting for food to be cooked. Never had watermelon tea before, loved it!!! A definite must try if u have never been!!!

The rib dinner that they advertise on their menu is a false advertisement. The actual ribs do not look like the ones on their menu. Instead, they are extremely small. One of the female managers did nothing to make our over $46.00 purchase right, and in fact, she acted indifferent to our concerns. As a result of our treatment, we will not return back or recommend this place to anyone.
