I wasn’t very impressed with the food, the staff was very friendly and helpful however. The brisket was dry, the fries were just okay in my opinion, and the coleslaw was just average. I’d go back to try some other items but I wouldn’t order these three again. Update: 5-6-23: tried this place again and had a much better experience, still friendly service, the fries were hot and crispy, the brisket was moist, and the hot link was excellent!

N Woodlawn used to have friendly staff, now they are dismissive and somewhat rude. Portions are much smaller than before with higher price – I feel no longer worth the value to order more than a single meat dinner. Portion size, from my experience, is larger with the smaller order. Food still tastes fine, but the friendliness aspect may keep me from returning to this particular store.

Our cashier today was amazing and should be a server somewhere and make tons of tips, my only complaint is that they only have coke for diet options. Not a big fan of battery cleaner. The watermelon tea is good if you like tea, my spouse does, I however don’t.

I’ve encountered the most rude person in the world during my experience here. The atmosphere is generally awesome however, I complained about baked beans spilling in the bag and the manager shut the drive-thru window in my face after telling me that they don’t need my money.

I should’ve taken a photo but I got my order to go and totally forgot! I ordered the loaded baked potato with smoked chicken and it was AMAZING! I picked the 2 BBQ sauces available and took to go and I loved the sauces so much! What a great find!! Super fast and big portions!

Fast ordering was great, ordered two meat dinner and drink 17.50 not to bad of prices. Food came out in less than 2 minutes. ONLY thing warm on my plate was the toast brisket dinner cold to touch and pulled pork, beans minimally luke warm. Staff more interested with telling jokes in the kitchen than taking the time to serve a great product will pick a different location next time.
