Driving across the country and so grateful we came across this gem!!! Shorty and Tina were super friendly and knowledgeable about the menu!!! Food was spot on, if ever in the area I highly recommend!! (Oh and they have DRAFT beer)

I’m not sure what to say other than, don’t get the gravy! It legitimately tasted like… well, how dog food smells. The owner said in a previous comment that the gravy was canned from US Foods and oddly enough, they don’t have any “canned gravy” (white) listed on their website. The server was kind to us, but there was definitely an undertone of something negative.

This was a bad first impression of Emminence. The food was extremely dry, the workers constantly complained about things there, and our waitress left the restaurant during our meal without ever checking on us or refilling our drinks. Then to top if off a meal for 2 with one appetizer and 2 waters was nearly $50. Luckily every where else is town was much better then here.

The food was so good, but I’ve never walked into a restaurant and felt so unwelcome. The lady behind the bar had only two people sitting at the bar- no one was eating. I asked if the kitchen was still open and she rolled her eyes and said yes. It didn’t get better from there, she continued to be rude to my family and I. Never refilled drinks. She refused to give an itemized receipt and instead came to the table and announced the total. When I again asked for the receipt, she said she couldn’t bring it to the table and we would have to pay at the counter. I gave up at that point, we paid and left. We will not be back. Her young son was helping her with our table and he was the only who showed any amount of politeness.

The steak sandwich was so tough. I wouldn’t recommend ordering it. However, the sweet potato fries were delicious. I was the only one there on a Friday night. I sat down, menu provided and not a few minutes later the waitress was hovering at my table. Felt pressured to order even after telling her I still needed some more time. Very awkward.
