If you’re looking for a quick bite of bbq with all-you-can-eat benefits, this will get it done. The fried chicken was awesome. The pound cake was like my mama makes hers. We loved the slaw and potato salad as well. The only reason we give it a four-star rating is because the bathrooms are yucky. They need to clean the switch plates and door handles. The actual eating areas were super clean.

Inside dining is all you can eat ($10 a plate). Good southern fixings–ribs, pulled pork, chicken, mac and cheese, etc. They also have drive through pick-up service. Dining room was clean.

Stopped here while on a business trip to Barnwell. Reminded me of the military field kitchen from my Army days but will never judge before trying, so I gave it a shot and the food was great. The dining is rustic to say the least but its what you would expect in a small community. Still can’t get over how good the food was, though. It has the home cooked flavors that made this visit worth it.
