Little Skittles
Best Chinese food in town (been searching for somethinglike this for over 10 years), and offers delicious sushi too! The Honey Chicken tasted freshly made (not from frozen) served piled high on a plate…no extraneous veggies here, and was the best that my dining guest had ever enjoyed; same goes for the General Tso’s Chicken. Even the Vegetable Lo Mein was super delicious. The sushi was incredibly yummy and well prepared.

This was my second visit. The first time I had the Bente Box which is a sampler and that’s what I wanted except that’s only a lunch offering. So instead we both ordered the chicken Hibachi which was good. It was a Sunday evening and while we were only one of two tables eating in, there must have been 20 to go orders during our visit including what looked to be two door dash vendors. So it’s definitely popular and not surprising considering there are not many options on Hwy 58. I’ll definitely go back when in the area.

It was good food . Nice and clean just make to make it clear that you cant have something like onions which i took them off and give them to my mom. The roll was really good and the meat was cook perfect. Please the mushrooms and Broccoli was just right. My mother food was good too.

Some of the best sushi and hibachi I’ve ever had. Furthermore the sweet and sour chicken is the perfect amount of crunch without being burned, tender and juicy chicken, and pillowy without being soggy. This is a must have for lovers of Asian cuisine

I was excited to give this place a try after seeing the good reviews but I wasn’t satisfied with my food. The combo lo mien is $16 and literally just noodles and meat. Not a veggie or sauce in sight. The rest of the food wasn’t bad but not worth the money they charge. I’d have had a more enjoyable meal at Panda Express for half the price.

So as this our first time here I am going to start with the decorating. Surprisingly a few Asian items tossed into a red and white checkered covered tables. Feels more like a 50’s diner then Hibachi theme. More so because of the lack of Hibachi grills. So no show as they cook. Not really an issue as all the othe Hibachi restaurants in Chattanooga have shows that pretty much useless. Staff was friendly but gave off a hurry up vibe. The music being played was horrible. So the standard salad, yes out of a bag. Seems to be the standard anymore. The Miso soup tastes canned. Even my ice tea has no color or flavor whatsoever. Now our main courses, the tempra was light,crispy and well presented. The shrimp scallops,and steak meal. Well presented and cooked correctly. However the scallops mushy from being frozen. But that a side, not a bad meal. So all in all 3 stars.

Staff treated us like we was long lost friends, very proactive and very positive and friendly. IF you want a nice relaxed dining experience, this is the place to go. I live in Northern Hixon, almost Soddy and I will be driving to Hokkaido when I get my itch for Chinese and Japanese fusion dishes. Thank you again Hokkaido.
