Absolutely outstanding. What a beautiful and tasteful restaurant with nice artwork. The ramen is probably the best in the city, and their sushi is good and affordable. Service was fast and welcoming and easy during lunch time. I got the black garlic ramen with pork belly and a sweet potato roll. Their pork belly was PERFECT. My only “complaint” was that their ramen needed at least one other vegetable in it (like mushrooms or garlic chips, etc). But it was so good i’d get it regardless.

Our group ordered a bunch of different sushi rolls, and I also ordered the black garlic ramen. Our order came pretty quick. All of the sushi tasted fresh. The ramen had a great flavor, but a warning to those who do not like raw onion like myself, the ramen had a bunch of chopped raw onion in it that I had to remove (but I can’t fault the restaurant because the menu stated onion was in it, I just thought it would have been cooked in the broth).

I ordered Black Garlic ramen and my fiancee ordered Tokatsu ramen. The picture looked good but we all agreed that they’re both tasteless since we both tried each other’s. Soup plays an important role in a ramen bowl, it determines whether it’s good or bad and these two bowls disappointed us so bad. We had to pour some soy sauce in them to be able to eat.

The food was great and the wait staff was very attentive. My son and I stopped by for lunch for the first time and I’m glad we did. We both chose the black garlic ramen with pork belly. It was good as it was but after a little chili oil it was next level. We also tried the crab wonton and they were awesome as well.

Best ramen in Greensboro so far. Broth is rich and pork chashu and marinated egg is great. Would prefer more raw sushi roll options in the special section. But I usually make up for by ordering sashimi separately.

This place was amazing for sure. I got the fried tofu and the spicy oil ramen with pork belly and everything was just how I wanted it! The server was very friendly and I was happy to see the servers being able to chat with each other and act like human beings in their down time. Too many places nowadays expect employees to only act like service drones.

My family and I went to Hokkaido for dinner last night and what an amazing and special dining experience it was!! Every dish was fresh, delicious, and full of flavor! I especially loved the summer roll and sunset roll! As delicious as the food was, the service was equally great! Very attentive from the time we entered the door to the time we left! They really go above and beyond here and I definitely recommend if you’re in the area! And shout-out to Sally for making it a memorable experience!
