I really enjoyed eating here. The portions are a good size, there’s good variety on the menu, and each plate has a few different tastes on it. The plates are a good price, which makes for a great value.

Loved the food, really well priced. All the tapas were well portioned and under $10. Everything was really tasty, especially their Sangria, pork belly, cheese and Charcuterie plate, grilled squid and calamari. For dessert, the meringues came with port wine and fruit for only $5.50! The chocolate truffles dusted with cinnamon were also excellent. The server was friendly and had great recommendations. The owner also chat with us for a little bit as well, very friendly. Absolutely would recommend this place. We were walking distance to this place, but they also have a pay parking lot next to it.

For the food, this could be my new favorite restaurant in all of San Antonio! Everything was delicious and well seasoned. We tried the charred cauliflower, flatbread, bravas potatoes, Cajun chicken, crab cake, and bread pudding. The best of the best was definitely the cauliflower and flatbread. I could eat a whole loaf of that flatbread. Next time, I’d skip the chicken and bread pudding. There are so many options I wanted to try, it was hard to chose! The atmosphere was laid back and sensual. The service is very laid back and not overbearing. I love being able to share food with the whole table. Definitely try this place out!!

Tapas restaurant in Southtown and King William area supporting local artists as their canvases fill the walls, a long with decorative wine crates.

First time coming here and the food was great! Great selection of tapas. Our server was Tony and he was attentive and energetic. We got a lot of the tapas to try out and EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. was very good and everything was worth the price. All of them range from $5-$10 which is very affordable. Definitely ask for recommendations. I personally recommend their baked cheese, scallops, pork belly, and escargot

Some girlfriends and I had a reservation yesterday night for a pre-birthday celebration. Needless to say, it was an incredible experience. Everything from the service, to the atmosphere, and of course, the food, was exceptional! Our server Marcos (I hope I remembered his name right!) and his assistant were beyond attentive and charming. We shared the crab cakes, escargot, martini olives, pinchos de carne, scallops, cauliflower, empanadas, patatas bravas, and the dessert sampler. Everything was so delicious, we had a hard time deciding which was our favorite! The atmosphere is pleasant and cozy, with great artwork on the walls. Everything was a 10 out of 10. I can’t wait to return!!!! Thank you, Hola! ❤️

Just a little walk off of the tourist trail makes a BIG difference. This is a tapas restaurant. Don’t expect tacos or cheesy burritos. Just delicious food with a Mexican flavor profile. The service was attentive but not intrusive. The server went to their sister restaurant next door to get me an ice tea because they don’t carry it. The atmosphere is laid back, but still refined. Loved it! Will revisit when we return to San Antonio!

Absolutely top notch spot for dinner! We ordered 7 tapas and an entree for 5 people… likely too much but with the quality of each plate, it was just the right amount. Come hungry because there are ample choices for all! Beer and wine selection was large and well curated. I haven’t even left the restaurant and I’m writing a review and ready to come back.

My Sis and I had a very lovely evening here at tapas bar Hola. Antonio and Marla, our excellent servers, recommended beginning w 2 tapas apiece as they are of good size. Everything we had was enjoyable and flavorful. We enjoyed a bottle of bubbly and 2 desserts as well. The atmosphere is bright, pleasant and colorful with lots of art by local artists. There is a patio I hope to enjoy on a not rainy day. The art denoting the restrooms was definitely unique. For those of you working/living in Downtown, SoFlo, Southtown, this is a great place to decompress, celebrate or just enjoy friends and family. Eat here!!
