This is an amazing place to eat. As someone who needs a gluten free menu it’s hard to find good breakfast food. I had the huevos rancheros and shared a build your own sandwich. Everything was amazing. Also their boozy drinks were so tasty I had the cold brew with the bourbon cream and that was the best coffee drink I’ve ever had. Will be frequenting here often the staff were helpful and delightful to be around. The restaurant was clean and well decorated. If you are looking for a good breakfast try here.

Ok -we just found the best breakfast in Broomfield! OMG, my pulled pork green chili burrito was amazing! Everyone in our group of 9 thoroughly enjoyed the quality food. Only thing better than the breakfast was the awesome staff at Hollan-Daze. We found our go to!

Jared is amazing! Was kind from the moment we walked in and so helpful. It was our first time in and he made it so easy and comfortable. The food here is made from scratch! Which you think that would mean a long wait but surprisingly not! They were quick and delicious. The food was absolutely amazing. (Pictures below) You can tell love went into this place and it shows. Definitely my favorite place in the Denver metro area! Food was amazing and staff was very friendly and helpful!! An overall great place to go! Ordered delivery from here and completely wasted my money. I got the French toast sticks because of the whiskey maple syrup and it was not included in my order. I also got the breakfast burrito that came with 80% potatoes, hardly any carnitas, no cheese and no chili verde, so it was completely messed up. Such a bummer because I thought this place would be good from the reviews but I just wasted so much money.

Hollan-Dazed is a wonderful place with the friendliest people on the planet. We went for breakfast and wanted for nothing. The GM, Jared made it to the table and was great to speak with. The Bartender, Rachel was talking to us and the other staff really did make the experience perfect! Let’s not forget the food, I have not heard “amazing” used so many times to describe our meals ever. We were all full and wanted more but physically it was simply not possible. There were no tiny portions at our table. Ordering was super easy at the table using our phones, I do mean really easy. The place was clean and there was a steady stream of customers. Inside and outside seating was available as well. I really can’t think of anything negative to say. Hollan-Dazed is going to be a regular stop for sure!
