Purchased a Pulled Pork Plate, mac & cheese, hushpuppies, slaw and bun yesterday 06/01/23. The pulled pork was tough, could not eat, mac & cheese was not good at all and at the bottom had hard pieces of something in it. The hushpuppies were not done inside, could not eat. I worked a double yesterday in NC and was unable to call about the disappointment until now, literally 10 minutes ago, today 06/02/23. I called the lady told me she spoke with the owner and he stated that he was gone for a while yesterday and had another person working and that might be why the quality was off but still with giving the knowledge she told me the owner stated they have a policy that they do not do exchanges or refunds, once it leave the store that’s on me. How you going to not give me any of my money back and you sold me Raw food???!!! I explained to her no one is going to cut open hushpuppies to make sure they are done or stand in the restaurant and taste test the food before they leave. I am very disappointed with the lack of business orientation and concern for the customer (ME) after I chose their location to spend my hardworking money by which was not pennies- my bill was $17.58. I want my money back. I will never eat her again and will tell all my fellow associates that work locally in the area to not support this location/business.

Ordered a chicken breast sandwich. What I got is 1 chicken tender folded in half on a bun. Called and asked about it and was told they no longer use the whole breast. I was charged 11.40 for the 1 tender on a bun!!! Will not go there again…!!!

Cute place to stop! The staff was very friendly and the place was clean. AMAZING sweet potatoes. Best I’ve ever had. Mac and cheese was also great. The pork was good, but unfortunately the sauces were just straight vinegar. That was disappointing. Overall 4/5.

My son and I got lucky picking a place we had never been to. In town from PA for the race. Lot’s of food and very good. Had chicken and sausage platter and best baked beans I’ve ever had.

I called to place an order from the one in Darlington and terrible customer service. The person on the phone wouldn’t even tell me what the sides were. Why would I spend my money if you can’t answer a simple question. The food isn’t even that good to be having an attitude! I canceled that order.
