Yummy, high-quality BBQ with great service . We ordered the sampler (1lb of meat) which came with two sides (we chose cole slaw and beans), and garlic knots. My son had the chicken nuggets. We also had the Mexican street corn and the banana pie and key lime pie. Everything was wonderful.

(8/7/2023, 2:30pm around there can’t remember) It was almost empty during this time, I ordered The Hog, and some Nugs along with loaded taters, potato salad, and lemonade Greatly made, and fresh. Savory and delicious. Really no complaints whatsoever, the cashier/server was attentive and helpful all with a smile didn’t get his name, (sorry man!). Good place to drop by and get a bite to eat.

So, I’m from Texas. My bar is set high when it comes to BBQ. Maybe it’s because I ordered delivery during evening rush, but I’m not that far away, and yet the food arrived cold. The pork ribs didn’t have much meat on them, and they weren’t cut into individual pieces, so most of our experience was trying to cut these ribs up in order to eat them. What meat there was tasted good, but it was dry and a bit tough – not fall off the bone by any stretch. Please cut your ribs! Some of your patrons might be 93 year old arthritic people who have trouble cutting tough rib meat. Just a thought.

I’m from Texas and real BBQ is difficult to find on the West Coast. Well, this place is real BBQ. The brisket is tastey and tender and worth the visit all by itself. Also had the chicken, the Texas toast and the potato salad. All were good. Had to try the onion rings and I would order them again too. The foot traffic never stopped for pick up orders but there were plenty of seats as we ate in. I can see where parking could be limited, but at 5:30 on a Wednesday we found parking right out front.

Chose to order from here based on the positive reviews, and was so disappointed 🙁 I’m not the type to give negative reviews but I couldn’t believe the quality of the BBQ we received. We ordered over 80 dollars of food for delivery, and it came quickly so we were happy about that! But when it arrived the only edible item was the coleslaw. The ribs were so over cooked and dry, that even with a knife we could not cut them from the bone! That’s not an exaggeration. The cornbread tasted a few days old, also super dry. As I mentioned, my boyfriend enjoyed the coleslaw but out of our 7 different items and meats, that was the only thing we ate. For a place that specializes in BBQ, you’d think the meat would at least be edible. Such a bummer!! Maybe they had an off night..

Our first time there was with extended family. We had ribs, chicken, greens, fried pickles, rolls, onion straws, and mac-n-cheese. It was very good!

Holy Cow what a great surprise. We were in the area and got there right when they opened. The tri-tip sandwich is outstanding(hint) add the bbq mustard for an awesome kick. The pulled pork is outstanding. Well done Holy Cow BBQ! Cream corn and corn bread….speaks for its self.

Ordered take out here a couple of weeks ago. Arrived pretty quickly and the food was still warm. We ordered the Hog Sandwich (pulled pork), BBQ plate of tri-tip and ribs with collard greens, and Texas toast.
