I went there today 3/4/23 we waited for a while because we ordered bbq chicken but they ran out they offered us other meats we ended up taking the smothered chicken.

HOLY SMOKE N GRILL!!!!!!! If you aint been there you need to go there, I been there a few times, i took my momma twice, been a couple time by my self, i even brought home a plate, my old lady took it down and i had to go back the next day. So far ive tried the brisket, the ribs, both flavors of links, the greens mac n cheese, the yams, the potato salad, corn bread and the chicken leg quarters. Out of and the different food ive tried there i cannot find nothing to complain about. The food is good the service is good the prices are decent. they take visa master card and good old American cash. Im goin back this weekend.

This Is the best BBQ I’ve ever had. I had rip tips, hot links, Mac n cheese, greens and baked beans It was all super amazing Texas style BBQ. I was in Texas a couple months ago and had all the BBQ I could get my hands on and none come close to Holy Smoke. Great ppl, great vibe and YOU CAN REALLY TASTE THE SMOKE!!

Brisket was fall apart tender. Perfect proportion of fat to meat. Although it didn’t need sauce, I tried Chef D’s BBQ sauce. I’m a big fan of KC/St. Louis style sauces and this one was right up there with the best. Very informal atmosphere.

10/10 highly recommend!! I had the brisket grilled cheese meal & it was amazing. So cheesy and the perfect amount of brisket! They even have tables set up so you can eat there! The staff is very nice as well. Will definitely be coming back to try other items

Easily the best BBQ I’ve found in the High Desert. Everything I’ve had from here so far has been excellent. My favorites are the brisket, bbq chicken, and pork ribs. For sides I recommend the mac & cheese, bbq beans, onion rings, and don’t forget to try their cornbread, it’s next level . All the meats I’ve had have been very tender and full of flavor. The meat alone has a great smoky flavor but with their bbq sauce it definitely elevates the taste. They have great service and shaded outdoor seating if you decide to eat there. I live around the corner from this spot and go often. I highly recommend!
