Been here a few times. Each time the food gets worse. The beef gravy was like jello. The fish was like a foot long fish stick. Croutons in the salad are not croutons they are stuffing mix. Celery doesn’t belong in a salad. Flies seemed to like it. Waste of $70

I went here with friends last year, and had never heard a hot beef sandwich called a “commercial.” It was one of the best things I’ve ever had at a restaurant!! I got the half order, and can’t imagine getting a full order – the half was very generous, and so, so good!!

Husband had cottage cheese & club sandwich on wheat bread. I had a chicken salad sandwich on wheat, hash browns, & fresh strawberry pie. Nice to be able to order sandwich only & add sides. Home style cafe…huge selection!!!

Summer
Accompanied a friend for an interview in St.James and decided to grab a quick lunch here. I had chick strips with ranch. They fries were actually really good. Very crispy and they gave you a lot. Food was ok for this price and in this town since they don’t have that many restaurants to choose from. The place is very spacious and clean.

Stopped in passing through town. Came in 20 minutes before close and they had a buffet special. Food was incredible and fresh, ice cream was great, and service was awesome! Worth stopping in!
