This was our first time here and we ordered breakfast. The place was clean and bright! One of the first things we noticed. We sat down and we’re immediately greeted by the friendly staff. The service was outstanding. One thing I noticed was that our server did not have a name tag, but regulars knew her name. I wish they had a name tag. I like to call people by name rather than the impersonal Ms or sir. The food was good. It was served hot and fast. We would certainly be back again if we get the chance. Their menu was very well laid out. Coffee was hot and strong. Pretty much good stuff when you are at a diner. Check them out!

When you think of an amazing all American breakfast cooked like your ma made it, think of the hometown grill. Breakfast should be delicious and simple, Hometown grill nails it. Highly recommended for no-frills top quality breakfast.

It’s just not good, or filling. The food is bland and the portions are small. We’ve been here multiple times, and it just gets worse. The prices aren’t reasonable for the amount of food you get. We are pretty much done giving any more chances, Morgan’s is our go to place for breakfast in Port Charlotte.

We got seated right away and even though it was a busy morning we were waited on quickly. The food came out within a reasonable time but my omelet and home fries were not hot. That was my only complaint. Server kept our coffee cups full.

Nice little diner with really good breakfast and hot, fresh coffee. The hash browns were nice and crispy and the egg/bagel sandwich was good. Staff was all very friendly and food came fast. When we are back in the area, we will definitely be back. Want to try for lunch next time.

Fantastic place for breakfast. It is located in a strip mall so there is parking available. It’s a small restaurant with lots of tables. Our waitress was great and quick with taking our order. They are so busy. I had the Spanish Omelette and my husband had the Irish Benedict. We loved our breakfast! Would definitely recommend this breakfast/lunch restaurant.
