Friendly staff and delicious combos! I tried the rainbow candy tea and banana caramel shake without nuts. I normally go for the chocolate shakes, but the banana caramel was a nice switch up. $9.54 for the combo.

Definitely won’t be going back! Such rude customer service. Honestly, I wanted to like this place but I can’t. The owner and workers act like they are to good to talk to you. The last time I was there I got maybe 2 words from the owner. The drinks aren’t bad, but I definitely didn’t feel like I could ask about what the flavors were, or what I would like. I definitely felt like I got the cold shoulder, which is sad, because I used to go there all the time. The Hive is such a nicer place. The owner and staff actually talk to you and get to know you.

I never leave negative reviews ever. But I’ve tried this place three different times (I really wanted to like it) and I won’t be back. The first time I thought maybe it was an off day so I gave it another shot and it was worse. The customer service is awful. The lady literally said one word to me and that’s because I thanked her for giving me my card back. If you’re charging almost $9 a drink (which I don’t mind paying) you should probably act like your customers aren’t a bother.
