Just moved to Maine about a year ago and have tried a lot of places but this place tops all of them. The customer service is amazing for starters. Everyone says hi when you get there and say bye when you leave just like you were family. The food is spectacular as well. Sometimes I have weird requests with my order and they meet every need. I will always come here for food, family, and conversation. The pizza is a little darker because I asked for well done. I like my crust a little crunchy. They did it to perfection.

We ordered 3 sandwiches, a veggie sub, a kids grilled cheese and a chicken burger basket. Waited over 40 minutes. My husband went up and talked to them at the 30 minute mark and was told “we’re just finishing it up”. 10 minutes later and it still wasn’t done. We ordered in, but 2 of the 3 meals were placed in to go and set aside, the 3rd meal wasn’t even started. At the 40 minute mark, I went up and was asked if it was ‘for here or to go’. Then was told ‘it’s okay, go sit down and we’ll bring it out to you’. From the owner. No apologies, no compensation and not even something when we were served. I’ve been a long time barista and have worked in service for the majority of my life. I’m always trying to give the benefit of the doubt because I get it and I know mistakes happen. And I really want to support third business because it’s one of the few in town. But this was by far the worst experience I’ve had in a while and unfortunately the wait time was not a first time experiencing it at this restaurant.

Waited 30 minutes which is pretty standard (especially since it was a big order) I expected a bit overcooked because only 2 workers being overworked, and overwhelmed but this is quite burned maybe lower the oven temp or put it in for less time?

I love the food and the atmosphere! The owners are two of the hardest-working people I’ve seen. The loaded fries are amazing and their wings basket is to die for! Everytime I come in I’m greeted by my name and asked how things were going and they actually are interested in knowing the people in the community that they serve!

We ordered two large ham hoagies tonight. We went to pick them up after 20 minutes then were told they were overcooked and to come back they were going to make fresh ones. We should have inspected them in the store. However, we assumed they would be edible and brought them home. Upon closer inspection they are BURNT we will not be back at your establishment. As for your comment below of trying to reach out to me on facebook is a flat out lie.

Should drop ur prices down u are way to high the food is better then netties but ur prices are way off people can’t afford to go there u scare them away when they can go up street and get it cheaper I can get a whole bag of boneless wings at Walmarts for 6.95 it’s crazy to pay 10 29 for 8 frankly I can’t afford to eat there till prices drop I’ll have to go elsewere were it’s cheaper to eat I just got boneless wings mashed for $6.50 and u charge ten just for wings u need to adjust ur prices

I had a chance to stop in one morning on my way to visit family. Having moved out of the area years ago I hadn’t been through Hartland in some time. What a gem! Every town needs a place like this. I had an enormous breakfast sandwich… but honestly they might as well call them brunch sandwiches because I didn’t need any lunch after that. And they take Apple Pay!
