We had my husband’s surprise 50th birthday party at Hometown Pizza was 100% perfect!!! I had planned in advance and they were prepared!! It couldn’t have been any better! Excellent service, Excellent Food & I even stayed to help clean up when I was told I didn’t have to. Perfection all around!! Thank you Hometown Pizza & Staff!!!

I liked this place a lot. It wasn’t fancy. The servers were friendly and quite efficient. Everyone I went with got the individual sized pizzas. The size was perfect. The pizzas were tasty, and you were able to choose the kind of crust you wanted.

We come to this location often, probably once a month. Last night we came in around 8:00 and were seated quickly. Our server was super nice and helpful. We tried the meatball appetizer for a change and loved it! Our entrees were nice and hot. We love coming here, it’s our favorite pizza spot!

My brother in law came from out of town and was looking for something different than we had back home. We are at the brick oven pizza place down the road before and wasn’t impressed so decided to give hometown pizza a go. I will admit the pizza was pretty darn good but the service was mediocre. We walk in and I go to the restroom. My brother in law is being seated and the waitress looks back and i tell her what I want. She comes back and says she forgot what I wanted, ok, no big deal. She takes our order and ask if we want thick or thin. We say thick. She brings the pizza and we get thin. No biggie, we are not hard to please and it still looked good. Here is where I had enough with the terrible service, I sit my cup at the end of the table so she could see I needed a refill. She walks by us 4 times and didn’t acknowledge us. Then I said excuse me and she looks at me and I say can I get a refill and she says yeah. It wasn’t a normal yeah it was a aggravated why are u bothering me yeah. Short and aggravated sounding. Good service will make and break a place even if the food is no different from the rest. We may give it another try and just hope we don’t get that same waitress.

We ordered carry out for dinner. For starters, no one acknowledged my husband when he walked in the door. My husband and I both got salads. 3/4 of the salad was spinach and the other was wilted romaine and iceberg. We got our son a kids chicken alfredo. There was barely any sauce and the chicken was over cooked. We’ve given this place several chances, but I think this will be the last.
