This is, according to a manager, the typical amount of pepperoni on a single topping pepperoni pizza. The amount of grease on it made it inedible. They gave me a credit for my next visit, which is great, but I’m posting pics so that people are aware when they order. I was told to order ‘light pepperoni’ next time, but I have a hard time believing this is normal. It was 5-6 pepperoni stacked on top of each other most places, not even separated.

Top-Notch local restaurant with excellent pizza that is well worth the price. I’ve been a regular since ordering for my first time a few months back. They have good pasta and the cinnamon sticks are bomb as well. I highly recommend the ‘Hometown Special’ Speciality Pizza. It’s essentially a loaded Supreme Pizza. Just make sure you’re specific when ordering specialities because they do all kinds of custom pizzas.

This is the first time I can give a negative review. I placed an order for a pizza, and bread sticks. Was informed be ready in 20 to 25 minutes. Which is fine as I was driving back in from Philly and was about that long out from there. I get there thinking it’s going to be pay grab and go. Well I pay my bill wait 15 minutes to find out the order was picked up by someone else. They start making another pizza in the oven I reiterate the food allergy and need it made the same way. Which they did not then they say they can make it again be another 30 minutes.

Absolutely stellar!! I have loved this place since the late 80s or so when I’m pretty sure they were only in LaGrange, I’ve been to a couple different locations and they all still taste just as good as in LA back in 86 with my date for that Friday and every other Friday. Hope she is doin ok, my date and I earlier in the night went to another local pizzeria down the street but they didn’t serve cold beer and we all know ya can’t enjoy pizza without cold beer. Thanks Hometown for still tasting just as good as when ya only had 1 location and not 11/14 or whatever ya have now. See ya soon!!!!

Awesome food and wonderful wait staff/management make this location an easy favorite for anyone who decides to dine here. I’ve seen some reviews about the service here being terrible and while I cannot verify their own experiences, I can assure you that everyone we spoke to was very friendly with that classic southern hospitality everyone loves about Kentucky. Brand new construction, so everything is clean, fresh, and modern. Food is prepared with care and delicious! Nice bar offers 6 rotating guest taps and an average selection of adult beverages. Can’t wait to come back for more!
