While being from out of state and hunting in Bloomfield we tried to order food finding that Hometown Pizza in Taylorsville was the only thing open until 10 so we called an order in and drove the fifteen minutes to pick it up and of course had trouble finding the place. Arrived at 10:02 and once we were able to get the attention of the kids working and they turned the blaring music down we were told they threw out the food cause we were late which I completely understand but they offered no apology and were seen laughing as we got back in our car! Extremely unprofessional and glad the $50.00 is still in our pockets and not theirs, we will not be back….

This is the first time that I can honestly say that the food ordered from hometown pizza was horrible. I wanted thick crust and got a flat crust. Yes,flat. Once biting into the pizza the crust didn’t even want to tear it was so tough. So we couldn’t eat that. The cheese bread was burnt around the edges and half way through leaving a small center piece of maybe 6 strips. Needless to say my grandkids and I had to eat cereal and donuts for dinner.

Amazing pizza! I had the BBQ Chicken one and my hubby created a custom pepperoni and Italian sausage choice….both some of the best pizza we’ve ever had…we took a chance on this place because we were hungry but leery of the name…we love authentic pizza and they did a great job in the kitchen on these. Service was awesome! We highly recommend this place!
