Cozy neighborhood diner with kind service at the counter! Food was great with sizeable portions for the price! Perfect place for a quiet breakfast not too far from the LA area.

Small restaurant with mainly Salvadoran breakfast. I had “El Clasico” and it was really good. Food came out delicious. We ordered hot chocolate and it came in this really cute honey mug to fit the theme of the restaurant and it’s name.

I got a simple avocado turkey bacon sandwich with fries. It was tasty but I was especially happy about receiving a 56oz mason cup of horchata. I wasn’t expecting it to be in such a big cup. Food was good and prices are decent. My friend and I came in close to closing time so we were grateful that we still got to eat there. Rodney (hope I got it right) was a good waiter too.

The food is ok. About Denny’s quality. The pancakes are actually pretty good, but not amazing to write home about.

Literally the BEST French toast I’ve ever had!!! Everything was so good here. You might have to search for a parking spot, but it’s definitely worth it!

Amazing! Very great service and a very homey feel. The pancakes are unique and delicious and everything else we got was perfect. I’m new to LA and we came because of the reviews and it lived up to our expectations.

My sister raves about this place and took me here to get brunch. The waiter was very nice and accommodating. I had the chorizo with potatoes, I couldn’t finish it but it was decent cant wait to try their other dishes. The hot chocolate comes in their cute little cups, which I would recommend.

Came here on a referral from a friend who said she likes their food because it’s not authentic lol she brought me here. We found a parking spot thank goodness! Went in and asked for dine in seating. We were seated and after that it went down hill! Took our drink order and it had been 20 mins. Another family walked in and one of the owners/waiters seemed to know them so they got their drinks asap and we were still waiting for ours 30 mins later. I asked my friend to check on our drinks. She went and asked and they brought us our drinks and took our order. The employee that knew the family who came after us seemed to be talking to this family forever and they got their food and we were still waiting for our food 45 mins later. It was ridiculous! We were basically ignored! Got the food and I said, “I’m going to eat and critique this food without thinking about the horrible service”. I got the El Super Clasico. Platanos were not riped enough, casamiento was fried rice and I didn’t see any beans in it, crema seemed to be salted by them, so it was watery and salty! hard cheese was so hard and stale that I didn’t eat it after the first bite. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. The food is really not great I don’t know who these reviewers are with high ratings and complimenting the food, but they obviously do not know good Salvy food. Service really sucks and the subpar food made my first and last experience worse!

An American-Salvadorian breakfast spot that is more savory than its name suggests. They have a classic sweet options such as pancakes, waffles, and French Toast, but the heartiness of their Salvadorian style breakfast at a really affordable price is where it is at. It has a diner quality feel and the food has that “made at home” comfort to it too. They only have street parking and a few tables indoors with no outdoor seating. A bit of a hole-in-the-wall, but good service and good food!
