I like the drinks but they never seem to get my order right. As a person who is lactose intolerant it very important they get it right and I want to say 6/10 times they give me the wrong order. Also when I bring it up they give me major attitude. I like going here but if imma keep getting stomach aches and nausea it’s not worth it. Seeing as how the drinks aren’t cheap either, I think I deserve to get what I asked for. And don’t get me started on the bugs flying around the frozen yogurt which makes it super unappetizing.

Came to this shop for a bubble tea. They had a good variety of flavors over ice and blended. They have plenty of sweet things to eat but no macaroons unfortunately. The shop was ok looking. Got the blended hazelnut drink with boba, and it was quite good.

Really good blended Thai tea and Taro with boba but have to ask for extra sweet otherwise the taste is diluted and not satisfactory.

From 5 star to 1 star! Update 5/12/2022.. A strand of hair came out of my drink. It was disgusting! Every food service should require employees to have their hair up in a pony tail with a hair net to prevent hair from falling into the beverages!

First impression was the place was a bit dirty. We finally ordered two of the boba drinks off the menu board. I wanted coffee jelly added to mine and she looked at me like it was weird. She then proceeded to ask us three different times what our order was. The place was not busy. Two girls ordered before us and that was an ordeal because the $20 bill was too big apparently. Finally when I got my order which was the Niseko, I couldn’t drink it through the straw. When I finally got it through the straw it was because it was a giant clump of Boba that were stuck together. All in all the drinks were good but the service was lacking and the place was dirty. I’ll give it another shot but I’m not sure I like this particular location.

The lighting was broken over prep area. The waffle machine broken. No crepe mix. Orders were messed up. Did not get two full scoops of ice cream just one. Workers did not seem to be all present nor paying attention to the orders given.

Usually my favorite place to get boba becsuse of how well blended the ice is, not so much on my recent purchase. Daughter’s favorite Boba place in Salinas. Super good with a large selection of flavors, not to mention other desserts and munchies for those sugar lovers. Their mangonadas are bomb. My daughter loves their coffee flavored Boba, as well as the Taro (Poi), and Horchata. But they have like 40 different flavors, so you may d find d your own favorite. Definitely worth checking out.
