I have had food this good in a very long time. First time eating here and well worth the wait. Service was excellent and friendly. Food came out in an adequate amount of time. I have no complaints about that considering the crowd. Appeared to be family run establishment. Will definitely be back over and over. The oxtails literally peeled off the bone. They were very juicy and tender. GOING FOR THE LAMB NEXT!!!!!

This famy owned restaurant takes you home as soon as you walk in the door. I got there as they were opening and was greeted immediately. The food was awesome! I had the red velvet waffles and chicken with a side of mac and cheese. If you want some great food and a friendly ambiance, this is the place to be.

This is a perfect Ma&Pa restaurant. Very tasty menu! I got the blackberry fried chicken with fries, mac&cheese, & cornbread. All of which was amazing, especially the cornbread! My wife got the lasagna with sweet potatoes & beans and rice. She enjoyed her meal and had leftovers due to the size of the portions, which surely made the price worth it! We then got a cake Togo we enjoyed the cake but all the candy around the cake made it taste weird. We will most definitely be returning!

We ordered the oxtails with sweet potatoes and the bacon cheeseburger. Wow! The oxtail was the most tender meat I have had in my life. My husband said that the burger was amazing as well. The wait time was long, but not ridiculously so. They were fairly busy, and this food was clearly crafted to order, so the wait was worth it a thousand times over. This is a restaurant worth taking the time to experience and enjoy!
