Firstly they handed the Grubhub delivery man the wrong order. Then upon receiving the wrong order we replaced the order on DoorDash and the service is terrible. My stir fry, which had tofu, had pieces of beef or steak mixed in. Obviously the ingredients are being cross contaminated and that is not safe for people who are allergic or people who are vegetarians. Then we ordered the cobblers and the container was half full. This is ridiculous!!! So expensive in the first place and they can’t even fill the container to the top like they do at all the other locations. I’ve ordered from many other honeygrow locations and this is the WORST!!! Also, ordered two sides of sauce and payed for it and didn’t get them. My boyfriends order had random ingredients thrown in that he didn’t order! Terrible service!!! Do not order from here! They do not care clearly!!

First and last time eating here. The food is a joke. It seems to be westernized spinoff styled asian food. It’s over priced for how bland it is. Plus barely any ingrodients. A couple pieces of Brocoli and couple pieces of mushrooms is ridiculous. Little garnishing as well. Plus I ordered extra sauce and it was dry to the touch.

The food was okay, I typically go to Honeygrow at the Christiana Mall and I think they are much nicer. The chicken was super dry and over cooked. While the employees were courteous to me when speaking directly to me, there behavior behind the counter was not professional. They were loud and were talking about personal stuff that was slightly inappropriate. One member even dropped the F bomb twice in an area where customers could clearly hear. I regret dining in because of this.

Been here a few times and can tell you that for under 12 bucks you can get a good amount of food. Just do the build your own option. Very good food very good quality. Only leaving 4 stars as it’s extremely loud inside and also music is over powering.

MAIN POINT IS THIS, If you have people in your party who are vegan, or gluten free, along with meat eaters and are thinking “wow this place can accommodate all of us” Just know, it can’t. And should not be trusted to do so. If you have an allergy to a single item on the menu, please, do not take the risk of eating here. They do not have their act together and cannot be trusted to save you from an allergic reaction.

This is the second time that my husband and I had a bad experience with an order. My husband drove 7 miles home and 7 miles back to return incorrect food. No apologies for messing up the order either time and no one at the store even offered to remake the order. We will not be returning here ever. Wasting my time, money, and gas is beyond me and not even an apology or a remake is absurd. This honeygrow has fell off since the pandemic. They need serious training and a whole new crew.

So disappointed! The food is amazing but the service is terrible. I’m not sure who is managing this place but the past three times i’ve gone, there’s been a line and a 30 minute wait. Workers are extremely rude and seem not to care about the customers. Not to mention the fact that beef never seems to be available.
