Stopped by here for lunch today, I was the only one there so I place my simple order, 4 fried wings and 2 egg rolls. Five minutes later I’m waiting for my order and 6 men walk in. I listen to them all place their orders. 10 minutes later I see the staff bringing orders out to the men. I’m Confused because they ordered wings and egg rolls too. I continue to wait. Another couple comes in to place their order and later a guy comes in as well. After the staff gives yet another person their order before me, I finally got up and asked why am I waiting so long as I glanced over at a full basket of cooked wings and egg rolls. The staff said, oh just a few more minutes, mind you I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes at this point. I asked for a refund and the lady just stares at me and says “ I’ll fix it in a minute. On top of all that the egg rolls and wings were not good! I definitely will not go back!!!!

Food was okay and portion size was small, with very little meat in dish. The meat wasn’t chopped up it was sliced in slabs and I had to tear apart to spread around in dish so that I could taste throughout my meal. It seemed like little love was put in the dish.

The food today was awful. I was really looking forward to a nice egg roll and some sesame chicken. I placed the order to go so I didn’t see or taste the food til I got home. The sesame chicken was just chicken with bbq sauce dumped on it. The cabbage in the egg roll didn’t taste cooked, it was super hard and crunchy. Needless to say, the dogs got my dinner.

I have been frequenting for years. Today? I don’t think I will be going back. When you get to the door – you may not enter. There is a payment window and an order window. NO. I don’t want to be expsosed and vulnerable in this way. The food used to be the best. It is time for a new place. The food was dry and burnt and NOT what I ordered. I picked it up and didn’t discover the error until I had traveled 25 miles. I wasn’t up for an argument with people that didn’t want me IN their restaurant and have destroyed my perception of the food and the business. Not mean – very factual.
