For a family owned business, they could have done much better with the very small dine in area and their food was sub par. We wanted to support them and ended up buying the pu pu platter for two and ate inside. The fried rice was, well I don’t know, but that’s not the fried rice I’m accustomed too. It was yellow and half cooked. The fried food was fresh and hot, so that was a plus. Crab Rangoon was very good. Now Why serve the food on disposable party plates with plastic knives and forks? And with the take out packets of duck sauce and soy sauce? We ate in, we were not taking the food out. A decent table cloth doesn’t cost much (there are only 4 tables). Invest in some proper cutlery and dishes, you would only need 20 of each. With just a little bit of love, that place would look and feel more inviting. The staff was friendly and they also sold various flavours of ramen soup and different sauces. Would we eat there again, no, but if they update their dining area and improve the fried rice, then yes.

This Family owned Chinese restaurant deserves a 5 star reviews! We’ve order take out and as you can see the shrimp is so fresh, beef and beans is very good!! You can taste it was made from very fresh veges! And the wonton soup is home made!!!! You can taste the home made vs frozen. And there kids working there I think it’s the owner kids.. and they are super nice and friendly! They also have a large menu! And a bubble tea!!!!

It was a warm day and was thirsty so I stopped at the Hong Kong Chinese restaurant on the way home and grabbed some Bubble Tea. The staff was friendly and funny and the tea was delicious! Definitely going to get more of these! Also their Chinese food is very good and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Had to work in town for nearly two weeks and there are limited options so tried this place twice. It seems to have been around quite some time given the familiarity the staff had with guests. The place is extremely modest and the food is served on disposable plates (not a problem for me). The food is above average but the family that owns/runs the place is great. Super friendly and makes people feel warm and welcome.

I work across the country and Oriental food is kind of grab and go, eat it twice, and it’s decent. You expect the norm, which is good, and you’re happy you could find some food you enjoy in a limited “quick” food setting like Vermont. I would put this up against the best restaurants I’ve eaten at in China Town in San Francisco. The food is phenomenal and the portions are insane, especially for the price. Skip the negative reviews; this place is amazing and some of the best Oriental food I’ve had in 12 states!

Very disappointed with this predominantly takeout place. Found a string of melted plastic in my child’s meal. Do not opt for dine-in as the place is not equipped for that. Could definitely use better quality cutlery and serving plates/bowls. Restroom needs more work in terms of hygiene. The only saving grace is the friendly staff. The place has incredible potential for improvement though, as they are located in a nice touristy spot.

I’m not sure how one can make bad fried rice but this place does. The fried rice was yellow in color and the rice was very hard & not fully cooked. The garlic vegetables was way too sweet. It was like they emptied an entire bottle of honey or maple syrup into the dish and the hunan chicken was too rubbery. After going inside to place my order, I expected the food to taste authentic since it’s family owned but this was a terrible let down.

Stopped by this restaurant for takeout on a trip to the area, ordered rice, Pu Pu platter and the dumplings with sauce. Everything was very tasty, even the dipping sauce for the dumplings was nicely seasoned with ginger. My husband enjoyed the rice, it was fluffy and not dry or under-cooked. They provided plenty of duck sauce for dipping (the good kind). Staff were nice. We would order here again.
