I will never be patronizing these establishment ever again when place a pick up order over the phone for some dumpling and when I went to go into the container there was a long black piece of hair entangled with my food when I called to let them know I was hung up on them when I went to call back they blocked me then disconnected the phone so no calls could come through the line would ring busy.

Never had any complaints until yesterday. Called in a order for beef lo mein get to the restaurant read tag on bag it says BEEF lo mein, get it home first thing I see is a shrimp on top. Call them back to tell them I’m allergic and can’t eat it can I receive a credit and was told I had to bring it back. It was after 4 p.m with rush hour traffic the ride would’ve easily been 25 mins! What really got me is he wanted me to bring it back when COVID is still a real thing! That’s disgusting and low down he has no idea what I could’ve done to that food and wanted it back. Wasted money and time will never patronize again. Be careful they are reusing food from what I see

Just made a purchase today of $30+ and wasted my money. The order of Lemon Pepper Wings and Fries was coated with a thick layer of grease at the bottom of the container. The wings were completely salty.. Boneless Ribs were full of fat… yeah… will never go there again. Throwing in the trash

Never again. I’ve given them many chances. I always order a large house lo mein with 2 egg rolls. 90% noodles. 10% beef shrimp and chicken. Maybe 4 shrimp. I see how they are making money.. The egg rolls are good. But they rip you off.. I will never go to this place again.

The food here is very tasty and comparably priced. For a quick takeout Chinese food I think it’s great. I’ve tried other restaurants in the nearby area and the taste is not as good as this restaurant. Hong Kong is our quick Chinese go to. I have never ordered anything other than Chinese food from this restaurant. I cannot speak for their fried chicken, fries nor Americanized dishes.
