A bug was in my son shrimp fried rice. It look like a roach . I called them n told them they me they don’t have roach n I wasn’t being honest. They told me to bring it back to see about giving me a refund. Not that I was going to get a refund I gotta prove myself that this came out of their food

I personally have to give them 5 stars. I just came here from Lakeland, GA (China One) and they RUINED American-Chinese for me to the point I haven’t had any in almost 2 years. My experience with this place in particular was EXCELLENT. Food was fresh, the General TSO’s was not chewy, and the rice was cooked perfectly. Heck, I could even taste the lemon spritzed on the rice and that is RARE. Not sure what the bad reviews are about, some of these people should go visit Lakeland, Georgia and eat their American-Chinese food. Well, you probably shouldn’t. It would completely ruin your taste buds and make you hate everything about it.

We received one of our items being “Fried Cheese Wontons”, which had NO CHEESE. It was completely hollow. Upon calling the take-out restaurant, I was immediately met with confrontation to where I was basically called a liar and that no one else has complained, then a few seconds later this worker (daughter of establishment), stated that there is no way to tell if they have cheese or not due to they are all pre-made months in advance. It is understandable to have an error with an order, but to have to deal with a combative worker is a huge cause to not return. This worker continued to say that my fried cheese wontons did have cheese filled inside even after receiving my text message containing photos of these hollow items. Very poor customer service. I definitely will not be returning. If you are thinking about ordering from this establishment, think twice. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Went back to this place and ordered a quart of egg drop soup and the lunch special of sweet and sour chicken. Another customer came in and asked for extra sweet and sour sauce. It turns out they sold that customer the sauce for $0.50, and it was the sauce that should have been with my order. The chicken without the sauce isnt very tasty, their rice isnt that good, so i threw away everything except the soup.. I was already 8 miles away before I discovered no sauce. I won’t be returning. Time to find a new Chinese restaurant.

Thanks for the info. I guess this is a typical Chinese Dive Restaurant. After picking up food there several weeks ago, I decided that I needed to change and give a better rating. The food was decent after I brought it home and we ate it. We’ve definitely had worse.
