Placed a to go order on dash , got my food delivered without two thai drinks. Dasher says the restaurant didn’t give them drinks, called the restaurant to ask about my missing drinks and in 3 seconds the rudest woman HUNG UP on me. Not looking good at all for a first time customer. Called a second time, a lady rudely says they don’t do door dash, when I just received their food. She didn’t understand what I was saying or pretending, idk. But it looks like the restaurant failed to provide the drinks to the dasher. Bad service for sure. Sadly.

If I could leave 0 stars , I would have. I have been living in Mid City for about 2 years and this is was my third time trying it. First time was ok, nothing more than ok. Second time was gross. Only reason why I went just now is because my husband said he wanted to try it again after I told him two times already that this place is not good. If you want hot ,cheap, large portions of tasteless food, this is the place. I told them also to put one of the entree’s in a side little box. What did they do? Slopped it all in one box, YEAH! On top of that, guess they heard me say wow and had an attitude saying we can fix it for you. Yeah…… no. So like I said ,you want cheap, hot, fast ,large amounts of tasteless, low quailty food, GO HERE! It’s so bad. Eat peanut butter and jelly instead. It is so bad.Whoever says the food from here is good, I feel so sorry for yall. Try King Buffet on western near Target, that is good food and worth every penny.

I haven’t been here for 11 years because I did not like the food But I decided to give this place another chance I got something simple rice chow mein and beef broccoli The rice tasted old like it was 5 day old or 6 did it taste fresh and the chow main was so greasy the only thing good was the Beef broccoli I was gonna get some teriyaki chicken but they had it in the same container with pork and I don’t eat swine flesh I think the juices of the pork was touching the chicken that’s why I never got it and I only got three items for 6 bucks

Welp I didn’t get sick, but a few things were pretty off, got mustard and one of the packets was used already and the other was so old it was dark and smelled bad, the chow Mein was the lighter cheaper noodles but was the best part, won’t even go into the meat, just learned my lesson to not stay from my go-to, flavor was not bad but it was a sog fest

VERY friendly and professional service while ordering at register. Fairly quick preparation time and no evil glares since my boyfriend & I came in 15 minutes before they closed the restaurant. We placed our order to go. The food could have been saucier but other than that it was delicious!! Informed me that they have a free delivery service and close at 2 AM. I will definitely be returning!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE….I ordered a TWO item combo and got over charged for it!! The lady that served me asked me if I’d like my second item in a separate container and I said, “yes”. When I got the bill it was way over priced. I asked politely to read me the prices. She got angry and irritated. Worker replied, “You want receipt, I give you receipt”. The worker prints a receipt with the total amount, and not the break down of what I was paying for. She tried to get away with overcharging me because nobody else cares about the $2.75. Apparently this happens frequently because she thinks people do not care about paying $2.75 extra just for their one side order to be put into a separate container. Nobody never notices they’re being overcharged?!? Wow!!!!! I can get into more detail but this was just the start. Do not recommend this place because of the terrible customer service!!
