My wife and I went to this restaurant last week and were overall pleased with what we got. Iv read some of the other reviews, including the glaring one, and hopefully my input may be helpful to others. For starters, the food was good. Our favorite food item was the buns we ordered so I’d recommend that for future goers. Past reviewers have said that the service was poor but while I was there there was only one lady handling customer service including those dining in and drive through. She kept up with everything as much as she could and did a good job considering she wasn’t getting any help so she deserves praise more than anything. My wife is from Taiwan and the two of them spoke some Mandarin during our visit and she’s a very nice lady once we started talking. My wife explained to me that people from China tend to be much more direct than what we may be used to. Some reviewers have said that they felt rushed or pressured but I think that was just a combination of the language/culture barrier and the waitress genuinely trying to be an accommodating host so please keep that in mind; she means well and her heart is in the right place. I will be coming here again.

5 yrs ago it was good now not so good. It is edible, it’s like they did a major recipe overhaul to cut costs but only lost customers in the process. After giving them a fair attempt, they proved me right. Ordered 3 different dishes on my last 3 visits and none tasted like they had before also the prices had increased twice during that same time. I last had their food 4 yrs ago which was way before the crazy prices and cut backs that are everywhere now. Still havent found any really good Chinese food in this town. Used to be a place, China Jade, on South Zero St.that was the best but closed now.

the food is delicious my personal favor is the walnut shrimp, i also enjoy the spicy chicken with hot pepper. if you have not came here before i recommend you to come. the customer service is also very great and the chefs cook the food with love.

Excellent food excellent service I’m visiting a friend and am staying in Fort Smith. It was delicious. I found the place to be clean in appearance and well maintained. Just like everything else in this country right now the cost of food is going up but it is worth every penny I have nothing negative to say so get out there and enjoy some delicious Chinese food. Maybe you’ll meet me because I do plan on eating there a few more times before leaving Fort Smith.

Of the handful of times I’ve been, only once was I satisfied with my overall experience. Everytime I’ve gone the service is very poor, like they’re bothered you are there. On top of that, the woman working register has a very bad attitude problem when you ask anything related to their meal options. They are generally pretty quick, but it doesn’t make up for the food being bland or not in my case not what I ordered. I would at least expect to get what I ordered considering it was $18 for one plate.

I was compelled to write a review because this was the worst food I have ever ordered. Notice I didn’t say “ate” because I dumped all of it in the garbage. I grew up in New York so I know what real Chinese food is suppose to taste like but I’ve also had sub par Chinese and I can’t even categorize this is sub par. When Chinese is bad you could usually get away with eating the rice but even that had to be thrown away. The wings looked unusual. The salt and pepper ribs tasted like dried up jerky. Everything just looked and tasted weird. Save your money and order from somewhere else. No joke. This food was absolutely disgusting. I also called twice and asked them to please add utensils and certain condiments because I was staying at a nearby hotel and they still didn’t add it.

Beware ordering online!!!! I placed the order and was validating my phone number. It did not place the order,but charged my card. When I called to ask someone about my order, I was told “Happens all the time. Not my fault. You will get money back in 5 to 10 days”. If it happens all the time, why offer to your customers??? Ugh!!!!

I ordered them through DoorDash and was given the wrong order. I called explaining I knew it was not their fault and it was on the dasher but I would like to just reorder the food and come pick it up myself. I stated I had no problems paying for a new order and they just went “go order on DoorDash. Bye,” and hung up. I have been sick all week and this made my day worse. I will not be ordering from here again.
