My mom loves this place .. its hard to find a place that my mom likes .. she os really hard to please .. but if she liked a place its gotta be amazing .. i mean look at the pictures .. All our nigiri orders was super delicious forgot to take picture of em .. the yellow tail and eel are my favorite order them on the sushi bar .. dont miss out on the daily special dishes you wont regret it

Absolutely top notch in every way. Sushi could’ve been generic judging off the names alone, however one bite and you know it’s unlike your average sushi bar. SO flavorful. The salmon and albacore was so fresh and juicy.

While I know Sushi Wave had many ups and downs throughout the -vid times, they will be missed and hold a dear place in my heart during very troubling times indeed. Now displayed on the marquis as Sushi Hong, Hong Sushi N Ramen is so far a dang decent spot to get two of my food loves…sushi and ramen! They’re miso soup is exactly what ails you, spider roll (soft shell crab) divine, spicy ramen dilectable down to the last drop, shrimp tempura the absolute best most tender I’ve ever had, and vanilla soft serve to end off on the perfect sweet note. Will be back soon to try the next adventure!

Visited here and I have to say, the food quality and pricing is amazing. Definetly the lunch prices and quantity of food that is served. The all you can eat seems like a great deal as well. The chicken katsu is a must try!

We did a pick up order and the food tasted as fresh as eating in. Their gyoza is amazing!! There was a small error in our order but their customer service was fantastic and went above and beyond to make things right. I would come back again and next time dine in. Support local business! Am visiting from NYC, came last year in Nov & now again in Dec today and the food was just as good then and it is now – fresh Salmon & Tuna, excellent Salmon teriyaki, my friend loves the Fried Mackerel. The price for the food is unbeatable.

It’s fine but it didn’t amaze me. Fresh quality ingredients. But fairly basic choices and preparations. It’s AYCE all you can eat. You can bring a bottle of wine for just a $6 corkage fee. The jalapeno bomb is a whole raw jalapeno, so extremely spicy. The CJ roll had a citrus vinaigrette that I didn’t care for. The crispy rice and tuna was great. The lobster roll was ok. I prefer the AYCE at the Triangle instead.
