I went there two times and I was disappointed both times. The service was not good. The gizzards were primarily breading and like chewing on rubber tires. I also ordered chicken wings, and they were like as small as pigeons and over cooked. I will say, though, the fried mushrooms were some of the best that I have ever eaten, and that is why I went back a second time. If everything was like the wings, this spot would have been a hit.

This is like my sixth time eating from this location. In the past three months, I haven’t eaten from them because a friend of mine told me if I knew what they do with the chicken I wouldn’t eat there, so it kind of turned me off but tonight I was really craving the lemon pepper chicken because I love lemon pepper. And boy oh boy was I disappointed the chicken wings are so tiny they cut them up in pieces before I used to get the whole chicken and then on top of that the fries are steel as hell and the chickens smelled, and hard just not appetizing at all. I also ordered the jalapeño poppers my first time having them and they’re just so gross so to management you have lost a customer. I really wish I could get my money back but I don’t feel like leaving my house again it’s midnight.

I had an amazing experience at a seafood restaurant. The food was exceptional, with fresh and perfectly cooked seafood dishes. The atmosphere was inviting, and the service was impeccable. I highly recommend this restaurant for an outstanding seafood dining experience.

My son picked up food we have never been there.and I wanted the #1 combo whiting and shrimp.they said no whiting .ok how about ocean perch, cashier said it’s very Fishes tasting. So I told my son cancel and was told no refunds,we didn’t get our food as we just ordered 30 seconds ago, so he got me catfish ,which I do not carefore and did not eat .Dont go to this place if you don’t like catfish cause they push the catfish on you .live and learn WOW just read the reviews they apologize alot LOL

Just bought shrimp dinner, shrimp and wing dinner , wings with a piece of catfish, side order if fries, got home literally within five minutes, realized that my wings were not in my order with the shrimp, I called explained the situation, when I was rudely told to bring the food back with my receipt so they can be sure, got to the restaurant with the food and my receipt, then was asked again am I sure I didn’t get the wings!!!the drive thru attendant was at least nice, but that short cashier in the front was rude and very unprofessional. Please work on customer service, all customers are not the same

The worst service! Terrible drive though person. They just bring nothing but bad energy and vibes and I don’t like that around my food. They always forget something . The wings are good and so are the mac & cheese nuggets and I used to go there for many years until last night. There’s too many other places that I could spend my money avoid.!

The lady in the front was not friendly, I waited 20 min I was the only one inside for some rice beans and chicken. The wings were delicious rice and beans were bland and no flavor. I wouldn’t go there again. Also the way the food was bagged all the bean juice spilled out

I had to wait a few days to write this review because I was extremely upset at the poor customer service. Hook has delicious food, no problems there. But I encountered extremely poor customer service by a young lady that had a VERY poor attitude to the point she slammed the drive thru window so hard in my face, I’m surprised it didn’t break. The manager (Ray) he said his name was, initially didn’t ask me what my concern was, he asked for my receipt. I had task him if he wanted to hear my complaint as the young lady seemed to be annoyed that I expressed she didn’t take my order correctly. His way of remedying the issue was to provide me with a free canned coke and apology. There didn’t seem to be an urgency on handling the issue with staff. Horrible and unacceptable customer service.
