I ordered the catfish basket. It was really really good. The fish was hot and fried to Golden perfection. Cheese melted on top like I like and the seasoning was perfect. The staff were very friendly and patient with me as I had questions and modifications. While I waited on my food others had crab legs and I considered changing my mind because they made them look so good but definitely glad I stuck with the fish. I will definitely return to try more items. Especially the fried pickles!

Had an amazing dinner tonight at Hook’s. I had the half order of crawfish boil and fried pickles. It was amazing!! My cousin had lobster and crab legs. The service was excellent. We had a couple of issues that were handled immediately and really had a great experience. Definitely will be back and hope we were not too much of a bother 🙂

Pretty good food. A little slow in the kitchen. The fried fish was good but a little greasy. My daughter got crab legs that she liked. The couple next to us did not like their food but I think the manager took care of them. My complaint would be that for the price there should be a little more food and/or the quality a little better. Having said that I might come back but probably not a place I’ll frequent.

Tuesday evening, after a long day at the pool, we were excited for seafood. Well, at 8 pm, I called in a large order. The young man said to wait 30 minutes as they cooked the food, fresh! They close at 9 pm. I arrived at 8:35 pm & meals were bagged for me, with condiments. The young man working the counter was great-so friendly & engaging! The food was delicious-lobster, huge scallops, flakes salmon, buttery potatoes, seasoned broccoli crowns! Already planning our next visit! No frills, just good food & service!

I’ve eaten at Hook’s twice now and it’s been great both times! Definitely get the fried pickles! It’s fresh seafood prepared correctly which is hard to come by in the Nashville area. My boyfriend and I plan to try the whole menu two selections at a time. So far we have had the shrimp boil, the snow crab boil, fish and chips, and the crab cakes. It’s all great.

I had the blessing of being invited to the soft opening of Hook’s last night!! Trust me when I say, delicious is an understatement when describing this food!! The food was fresh and seasoned to perfection!! I had the Hook’s Combo and believe me when I say, they did not hold back on the crab legs, shrimp, potatoes, or the corn!! I’ve been thinking about it all day, so I can’t wait to go back for the grand opening! Service…excellent, location…perfect, and the food SPECTACULAR!! Thank you Hook’s for a wonderful experience!!

We were driving home to Texas. My wife grew up on the Texas Coast and she knows her seafood. Her crabcakes were excellent and they were REAL crab meat. My fried shrimp was regular seasoned. They were excellent. Fries were hot and fresh. If we come thru Nashville again, this is a place we would definently visit again. Very impressed with the quality of the food and service.

I’m from the east coast & this is one of the best seafood meals I’ve ever had. I ordered the shrimp feast & it was absolutely delicious. My husband got the catfish basket & loved it, commenting how the fish wasn’t at all greasy & how tasty the coleslaw was. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is they don’t have an alcohol license yet (coming this Spring) & they don’t brew fresh tea. They offer a large assortment of bottled drinks. The vibe is so laid back. You order at the counter & they bring it to your table. It’s fabulous to have genuine low country seafood in Bellevue!
