Super clean, great decor, food made to order, the wait was reasonable, staff was patient and friendly. While waiting, several people came in to pick up orders they called in and the phone rang at least 5 times. I ordered 10 wings (medium Buffalo and lemon pepper.with waffle fries. It was served piping Hot! YES! These fries give Chick-Fil-A a run fir their money. The wings were cooked just right with a considerate amount of seasoning and sauce. This Little Spot deserves more visits by yours truly!

I ordered 20 wings and 1 order of curly fries off of the app. My order was incorrect. I paid $2 for all flappers. I got drums mixed in with my food. Also, I asked for the sauce to be on the side and there was sauce on the wings. The order was completely wrong.

Worst service ever. First time here will NEVER go back. So as I’m approaching, the restaurant there is a black lady pregnant (about 7 months)outside talking on the phone very much loud nasty choice of words. She’s cursing and gossiping stating that what the B-word get it’s her karma. she walks in the restaurant (she has the nastiest attitude) to help us still with her ear plugs in. Not one hello, hi or any greeting at all. I let her know that I ordered online 15 wings and I wanted my wings five barbecue in the other 10 3mile island since online doesn’t give you the option of how many you want dipped in a certain sauce. she tell me no you can’t do that it’s already made. I informed her that I know my food is not done yet I just placed the order in parking lot just 2 mins prior to walking in. so if you could accommodate me with them recommendations, that would be fine I have yet to pay for the order I chose to pay in store but if she’s not able to accommodate, the flavors as I like then I’ll leave (which I should have done anyway just off first impression attitude, dirty uniform, & lobby dirty floor so sticky) she rolled her eyes and grabbed a to go order and walked outside without saying a word. Comes back in and tell the cook to make my wing flavors as I asked. In the same sense she proceeded to rings me up and grabs the order all within 2-3 mins. When I see you, the food was so old hard And inedible it was just that. I never even left the parking lot after the discovery. No joke on how bad the food looked. I really didn’t want to go back in and complain due to the attitude this lady had already but me spending $25 on food me or my kids could not eat was unacceptable. I tired biting one of the wings and it was terrible. Left a horrible taste in my mouth. I am 7 1/2 months pregnant. I never experienced such rude service a day in my life especially from a black woman who also look as if she was seven months pregnant too. She definitely pregnant. Being pregnant you wanna make sure everything is clean & fresh for the most part and she just didn’t give that. I took the food back in to get a refund and as I’m coming back in a gentleman that was after me that order was also walking back in to return his food. He stated his food was old and inedible. If this lady is the manager of that store, she needs to go on maternity leave so she can have a refreshed attitude once coming back into work no one asked her to take the job at Hoots and no one deserves the attitude and the terrible service that she provided today I will never never never go back to this restaurant and if I ever see this woman working at another restaurant, I will turn around immediately Just to not deal with that attitude. I’m a black woman as well and I’m sure she remembers me because I was very much upset at the customer service in quality of the food. I don’t even leave reviews but this one right here needed to be reported

Usually I don’t have issues with this place but today was terrible customer service via the cashier and the manager. I ordered through Door Dash pick up and the order was to be picked up by 1:58 pm. I walked in at 1:56 and both of the ladies were outside sitting on the outside deck. The walked in when I did and the manager stated my order just came in 10 minutes ago which was inaccurate. She started cooking my food two minutes after I walked in! Unacceptable.

First time here…it’s literally ONE person working! He’s doing a great job considering: walk-ins & preorders. I believe his name is Jordan (another customer asked). So pack your patiences if you visit/order today 12/22/2022. Food was ok…I ate inside because I’m headed to work & didn’t want to eat in the car. It’s not really inviting for seating & eating.
