Honestly the best food I have ever had in a hotel. Every dish I ate for the three days staying in the Hilton was extremely good. Be warned that they do not have adequate staff during large conventions, this is the only negative I can say.

This restaurant is attached to the Hilton Hotel lobby! It’s a nice restaurant, and the service was excellent. We were fortunate to come here when there wasn’t too big of a wait and were seated immediately. There were times in which the restaurant was crowded as more patrons of the hotel and or conferences ended. The food was delicious, and the menu gave great options to choose from. The gentleman server was fantastic. There was a strange situation in which everyone at my party had their food delivered, but one of our companions didn’t. Our companion maybe waited maybe 3-5 minutes for their food, but the server kept updating and when the food did come out…again only 3-5 min later. The server made it right and said because my buddy had to wait their meal was on the house. Wow…that was unexpected but most certainly welcomed to be proactive in reaching customers long term.

Needed some drinks and some hot food and this fit the bill. Located in the Hilton downtown so very convenient to drink and stumble upstairs. Overall it was ok and satisfied the need. Bartender was working hard and I appreciated his management of the bar and food area. Check it out while staying at Hilton.

Had their burger week burger, th I Cheesy McCheeser. It looked nothing like advertised but tasted fine. It was messy, but I didn’t mind. The “cheese sauce was likely bechamel and it was a bit flour-y. The portobello mushroom slices were terrific and the burger (a preformed non-housemade patty) had a smoky taste that I liked. Someone picked this up for me so I can’t comment on the atmosphere or service.

Overall the meal was perfectly fine. It didn’t blow me away but it wasn’t bad either. I really enjoyed the scotch egg and the burger was good. The coffee chocolate cake was not nearly coffee enough. Enjoyed the highball offering of “old fashioned 3-ways”. Service was friendly but a bit slow. Overall, I wouldn’t make a point of returning but only because there’s more places to try in the area.

Nice beer on draft selection. Food was good, especially the waffle fries. Interesting pretzel top burger. 5 star service, Peggy was attentive and helpful with menu and drinks. Black bean party was a bit dry. Friendly ambience.

I came here while Hilton was hosting Wasabi-Con and I expected it to be cramped of course. But the food was just down-right gross. I ordered the Nachos they had with No Pico de Gallo and No Jalepeños. When I made a waitress aware of this she was very kind and apologetic about it. When it came back for me to eat though.. the meat wasn’t drained properly, chips were very thin and oily, PLUS there was still Pico de Gallo and a few jalapeños under those few chips. Not the greatest. Worse nachos I’ve ever had.

We were in downtown for a concert and wanted to get dinner before. It was hard to find a spot that was open late. But the reviews for Hop City Tavern looked good and the food looked really yummy. I know that there is a staffing shortage but this place was a real disappointment. This sandwich that you see in the picture (yes pretty plain looking) was $17 and didn’t come with a side. Just a $17 plain sandwich. We ordered a side salad for $13 and it look and tasted like something you could get out of a plastic bag. And it all came on paper plates. I know we’re in a rough time with employment but I wanted customers to know at least what quality to expect when they went in because the online reviews were very misleading.

Great service and delicious food. We especially loved our meat and cheese board appetizer (that Cotswold cheese is amazing!). We tried flatbread, fish and chips, steak frites and a salad with flank steak and it was all delicious. A great meal after a full day of driving.
