The food from here is awesome. The best loaded potato in town. The best hamburgers in town. The best brisket and bbq in town. Had smoked pulled chicken sandwich om goodness!! Wish they were open all day every day, but I know these ladies have other commitments, and the greatest commitment is to the Lord and themselves!! I have to add more. I just cannot say enough about this hidden treasure. I ordered hope muffins ,which are really more like an old school, from scratch super moist pound cake . I used them to make the best strawberry shortcake for Easter. Everyone at Easter dinner went on and on about how I had outdone myself. Well I had to fess up and give the hope cafe team the credit. Really I can’t encourage you enough to give this restaurant, that supports a worthy, life changing cause, a try!!!

The burger was delicious, the bbq sandwich was yummy, it was on Texas toast. It could of used more slaw and sauce. The bbq chicken was dry. The smoke mac n cheese— ok first I tasted no cheese at all. BUT what I did taste was this smokey bbq flavor. It was so unique. But so misnamed. So don’t get it expecting mac n cheese, but do get it expecting this delicious smoky pasta. The baked beans were good as well. Basically folks this is all for a great cause. Real nice people working there. So give it a try!!!!
