This restaurant and catering is amazing! I’ve eaten there plenty of times and have always loved it. I also used them to cater my wedding in October. They were good with communication, helpful with a small budget, and so nice during the process. Not only was the food great but I didn’t have to worry about anything. They were trustworthy and all of my guest continue to complement me on how good the food was. Even my vegetarian friends loved the BBQ place! Overall I will support them from my phenomenal experience with them, I can not thank them enough!

I’ve only been here a few times but it’s so good every time! Tonight we got carry out and it was nicely packaged and easily a 5/5. I highly recommend the pulled pork, mac and cheese, and mashed potatoes, and of course the corn bread is top notch. Also, got a free sample of bread pudding that was to die for. Overall, good atmosphere, great price, great service and excellent food!

Nice decor, clean and friendly atmosphere. Staff pleasant and owner/manager even checked in with us! My friend got ribs and beef. Although I ordered only a burger it was fresh and cooked as I like it. Fries are fresh cut. We will be back!

We’re a young family of four. We loved Horner’s. The staff was very engaging and helpful – even having little kid bags with a small snack and activity for the kids to help them feel engaged while we waited. The service and food were excellent. The BBQ was excellent. I’ve worked in a BBQ pit before and love quality BBQ – this place has a great handle on the craft from the chicken and pulled pork to the ribs and brisket. We were very happy! We got the massive sampler and it completely fed our family on it’s own. Also, as other reviews mention, their specialty sauces are very good. They offered them to us, and some reviews mention asking for them. Either way, they’re a great addition! When we’re back in town, we’ll definitely go back!

Tasty BBQ with friendly service. We were looking for a place to eat lunch while visiting Carlisle for the Corvette show. We are glad we stopped at Horner’s Corner. Getting out of the car in the parking lot we were greeted by the delicious scent of wood and spices from the smokers. Walking in the door we were greeted by Lindsay, our server. She offered advice about to menu, sprinkled with snappy comments. We all exchanged good natured jabs throughout the meal… It was just like being at home: a relaxing good time.

Maybe I got caught in the “take out trap”! When you order take out it’s not as good. They have to have better food. Their food cant always be this terrible and they still be in business.I ordered half chicken and it was soooo poorly prepared. It did not taste good and smelled like hot dog! I stopped eating and less than halfway into it. I wasn’t going to leave a review at all, but when I thought about how bad the food was I think they just didn’t care, and that is a terrible thing to do to a customer.

This place is delicious! The fact that it is only five minutes from home has made it my mother’s favorite restaurant. She has a bit of a personal relationship with the owner and his wife due to our frequent patronage. After my mother found out she had cancer the second time (she’s fine now), the owner’s wife comforted her and prayed for her. You feel like family there, which is really important.
