Host is dynamic and one-of-a-kind that brings Downtown Utica to new heights. You’ve got an iconic atmosphere, top-notch cocktails and rotating chefs that create a phenomenal culinary experience every visit! You can tell every detail was meticulously thought out when designing the space. Their rotating flower wall is one of my favorite design aesthetics

Went here for brunch for the first time and it was great! The food, the atmosphere, the aesthetics, the drinks, the music, the vibes, everything! Chef Davante Burnley did an amazing job with the food my friend and I ordered, everything was so delicious! I loved the Peach Cobbler Monte Cristo! The staff were friendly, the service was great, I would definitely go back again and again 🙂

Came here for breakfast on Sunday and we left impressed. We had the Waffles, French toast and Ang’s Omelet. All of it was damn good, but the Omelet was something else. You know when you take that first bite and you close your eyes because it’s so good. That’s Ang’s Omelet.

Came in tonight to grab drinks & dinner & was not disappointed. Valerie took care of me at the bar & made the best cocktails I tried the ‘dibsies’ & the ‘here’s to us’ drinks and they were SO good. Tim McGee was the current chef; I got the filet & my boyfriend got the fish & chips. They were both very good. Kendall & Amanda were very warm & welcoming as well as I sat at the bar as well. 10/10 will definitely be back!

First time eating here, what phenomenal service and food! Katie, our server, was so inviting, prompt, and funny. Our food was brought out swiftly even with a full restaurant/large parties. The space is really beautiful and Katie explained how the chef, or “hosts”, alternate every few months. I am so taken back that with such a select menu we loved everything we ordered. She explained all of our dishes to us and was very familiar with the menu. The hostess and everyone we came into contact with was very friendly and welcoming. We got the apricot and mint feta + fresh pita. I had the crusted hake fish and my friend got the stuffed eggplant. We finished with a cake that is soaked in citrus milk and had rose in it. The flavors are so unique and the way the food is put together is very upscale. The food quality was top notch and so fresh (the menu at this time is mediterranean inspired). We will definitely be back soon to see what the next chef has in store!

Host is a newer and fabulous restaurant in downtown Utica. With seasonal cocktail menus designed by the incredible beverage director, Jake, as well as rotating chefs hosted in their kitchen, things never get stagnant here. I tried their wood fire oven mushroom pizza, the pickled watermelon salad, the crispy wangs for dinner while Break ‘N Cornbread were the rotating chefs, and it was all amazingly delicious. As for the drinks, I may be biased but Ramona’s daquiri is my favorite on the summer menu

I’ve been here twice, once for a networking event, and once just for a coffee. I included images of both visits, including this morning’s. This is the perfect co-working space to host an event, such as the one I attended, it’s a beautiful atmosphere. I tried a latte this morning made by Alexa, one of the best ones I’ve ever had. I ordered a honey lavender with oatmilk, Alexa makes the syrups herself, and it was so silky and smooth, incredible latte! I also ordered a ham and cheese croissant served with chips on the side, it was OK, nothing special to be honest. However, the service was also good, thank you to Sammy for checking in on. Definitely would come back for another coffee.
