Wanted to try something new for lunch today and was craving some Asian Cuisine. Hot Chopsticks is pretty new and located inside the 8th Street Market next to Prelude Coffee and Prairie Artisan Ales. I went a little later in the day so it wasn’t busy at all, but it was clear the lunch crowd had definitely been there. The menu has many options and I had to try some classics just to see how they did with flavor. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast and tasty my meal ways. The chicken was soft and the onions really gave it a rich taste. The Crab Rangoons were pretty darn good and the sauce wasn’t overpowering. I will be back to try more.

Employees are pleasant and good quality food. I wish there had been more beef and when someone says no spice… I mean no jalapeños but I will be back and try other things. Maybe a little expensive for what you get since the rice was a little dry on parts. A good match for the brewery tho

Their grilled chicken bahn mi was so delicious, especially the bread. The young lady Angelina was so nice and was checking up on us. The place is really neat, it’s relaxing but keeps you awake with the bright light and music. Will come here again!

I ate here with my dad and sister on August 31st. Oh my gosh. It was so delicious, flavorful, and fresh! We had the Pho, a beef pepper dish, and the sesame chicken. We also ordered steamed dumplings. The portions were generous, the food was absolutely phenomenal, and the service was outstanding. This is a great place for a quick lunch!

Not a lot of positives to say other than the staff was friendly and the establishment was nice and clean. The food however was awful, in my opinion. I feel bad saying this because they were nice, but it was almost the worst Vietnamese food I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a lot. The tofu is entirely lacking flavor. I wouldn’t go back.

The food was absolutely delicious and the customer service was outstanding!! The manager Kenny took great pride in creating the Grilled Shrimp Vermicelli dish that I order. The dish came out fast, hot, and very pleasing to the eye & palate.
