Do you love nostalgia, trains, history, great hot dogs and more delicious foods? Here you will find it all in one.. I’m currently doing low carb and also can’t have gluten but that was no issue when I ordered my bunless hotdog! I was so impressed with my plate when it was ready.. Got to sit at a window barstool and watched the trains go by. We love this little place.. I always feel as if I’ve traveled back in time here…

Very good food, prepared in a clean open kitchen. Excellent coffee! It’s a tiny hole in the wall, but a fantastic find. They have been in business 33 years so you know they are doing something right. Spotless restroom. It’s not fancy, but it is wonderful.

We really wanted to just get some shake from this spot- but after ordering the combo meal, we found out theres no shake. The old man was grumpy- the lady prepping the food didn’t use gloves to prepare the food at all. She grabbed raw hotdog from the fridge with no gloves, sliced and toss on the grill. Grabbed leftover fries from the tray she set the fries and tossed back in the pot she fries them in. When I asked for mayo, the old man said he has no mayo, that its already in the burger. I told him I want it for my fries.

I was really excited about the chilly cheese fries I ordered when the first handed them to me but soon it turned to disappointment when I found no meat in the chilly … maybe a bad batch that day? Add beef and it would have been 6 stars for sure. Nice place, I’ll be back to try their dogs…
