So I saw this video on Facebook recommending this place, and you know me, I say, let’s take a ride! So we got the famous Texas wieners, all the way wieners! It’s a fried hotdog on a bun with their special made chili and cheese with raw onions. I skipped the onion as I only like them sautéed. Sorry if I offend anyone, but I was disappointed in the taste. The chili was like a gravy rather than a sweet chili sauce. I didn’t like the flavor. However, they have other items to choose like burgers, beefs, and all-day breakfast. The other dishes may be good without the chili gravy. I wouldn’t mind trying something else. The fries had a good crunch, but unfortunately, I got them with the special chili sauce topping, so next time, just ketchup for me. Many people from the area love the chili sauce, so I am not disputing their love of it. It just wasn’t in my wheelhouse of flavors! I went on a Sunday so there were quite a few people. The interaction with staff felt rushed, and there was not much customer service. It was just transactional. I also had a strawberry milk shake, but I wouldn’t recommend this either. For 2 people, 3 hot dogs, an order of fries, and 2 sodas came out to about over 25 dollars. That didn’t include the milkshakes I ordered after the meal. I think that was too much for a small amount of food. But as always, I say check it out for yourself, you may fall in love with chili sauce!

Worst place ever! Food was horrible, cashier was rude, never again. First and last time! My son who will eat any kind of hot dog said it was disgusting. Cole slaw was tasteless and absolutely no seasoning. My daughters burger looked and tasted like a burger straight from a prison cafeteria. Roast beef tasted a few days too old and the seasoning in the gravy tasted like they added way too much sugar and cinnamon. This is an absolute disgrace!

Great place for hotdogs! I’m a relish-ketchup-mustard kind of guy so I was disappointed when I got their popular chili hotdog. But it’s all good, I’ll go back again.

I’m not a hot dog and chili type of person but there is an exception when it comes to hot grill. From the unique way of your orders being said by the guys in the front to the delicious hot dog all the way (Hot dog on a bun with chili, onions and mustard) to their delicious gravy and fries the place is must go to. The guys in the front are great and humorous at times. Once a young teenager didn’t have enough money to pay for their food so the guy took the difference out of their tip jar. That’s a generous act that doesn’t happen a lot.

What can I say this is the Hot Grill! This establishment has been operating for sixty years. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and now I bring my family here. It’s a staple in New Jersey. Everything is delicious. Hot dogs and cheeseburgers all the way and fries with sauce and cheese. There menu is very diverse from breakfast to dinner. You can even order tiger sauces by the quart to go.The food is delicious and the service is always good.

I wish they delivered for real. I’d order more. They say they deliver, but it’s for doordash, and I paid $20 for 1 hot dog all the way and fries. I can’t afford that and I don’t have a car. They’d do much better with a delivery driver. Just sayin…

“Soo good it will make you smack your momma!” Best hot dogs in New Jersey. Definitely get two dogs “all the way” with a side of fries with chili and cheese. Secret tip: get the roast beef sandwich on a hard roll with extra gravy. It’s like heaven made of tasty meat dipped in God’s gravy!
