Never heard of this place before, and daughter wanted to try it. It’s like a Subway for tacos, burritos, etc. Staff could have been friendlier, and it was difficult to hear them over background noises. But the food was good, and the wait wasn’t long. Everywhere looked clean, including the bathrooms. Lots of parking, don’t park on the Dunkin Donuts side as it’s hard to get back out with the traffic.

Second time here and will be the last. I thought the cold food was a fluke the first time, but apparently ice cold burritos are the standard here. Flavors are decent, would be better at an appropriate temp.

Hot Head is a ‘build-your-own’ Burritos & bowls ala Chipotle & Moe’s but with a few more choices & better quality. Though the menu board features many ‘favorite’ burrito selections, the server goes through all the ingredients anyways – why feature a selection with fixed & presumably taste-tested recipe if you’re going to ask about every ingredient anyways? I deduct a star for that – if i order a chicken teriyaki burrito just build it according to the recipe – no need to ask if i want teriyaki chicken with that. I suppose some people may want beef on a chicken teriyaki burrito but…really? Other than this issue, Hot Heads offers tasty, hearty & LARGE burritos. A nice feature is the sampling of all the various sauces with mini-tortilla chips – so you know just how the spicy or sweet the sauces are. Kid-friendly crayons and coloring-pages are available to keep the little ones busy while you’re enjoying these over-stuffed burritos & bowls. This place is really good! Its comparable to Moes but even better. They have a ton of premade options for rice bowls and burritos but more of a selection when it comes to toppings when compared to Moes. I would definitely return and definitely recommend. If every Chipotle was replaced with Hot Head the world would be a better place.

The food was great, the employees were nice, and the overall look of the place was quite nice. My only problem with this place is how quiet it is. There’s no music and the only TV that they have is muted, but aside from that Hotheads is worth checking out!

Was on the road and hungry. Googled places near me and this Lil Jewel popped up!! The food is BOMB!!! Got a pork rice bowl. Fresh toppings and friendly service. Definitely worth it!! I’ll be back!!!

Great list of sauces. Some gluten free gf items are labeled. No soft corn tortillas. More like Moe’s, less like Chipotle. Friendly team. Fast preparation. No beer, no wine. Okay value for money – dishes were decent size. Clean dining area.

This is hands down the best burrito place!!! I don’t go anywhere else. They put fireness and pride in them burritos. Debo is hands down the best and I’ve never had someone make a more fire burrito. These people clearly care. I hope all the employees take after Debo. The work ethic is impeccable and makes me want to keep coming by. Thanks guys. Debo needs some props!!!!

I think the food is great at this location. And there is usually not much of a wait and the staff is great and friendly. My only complaint are the lids for the cups, they fit too loosely. Other than that I’ll definitely keep coming back.
