First time to a Hot Heads and they out beat Chipotle! Hands down one of the best burrito bowls I’ve had! Fresh ingredients and full of flavor!

The white guy working at night 9pm cared less about all customers. He seemed to be too bored to work. Bought 3 fish tacos, and they were half cooked. Had to throw 2 away. The one which was fully cooked tasted nice. Best part is you get to add your selection of toppings.

Worse staff I have ever experienced EVER! Rude and extremely unprofessional. Never open on time. Have horrible attitudes towards customers. Also seen an employee sitting on a counter that food could possibly be prepared on. And this is multiple times not just one visit. On top of all that my employer ordered lunch for my while work and not only did they not have it ready at the time it stated they refused to give a refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE…..

We have ate here many of times and never had a problem. The managers are rude. They’re never open on time and if you go in when they first open, the manager will scream at you and tell you they’re not open yet when you call to make a formal complaint, she gets rude again on the phone and hangs up on you, I will not go back there again. I would rather take my business to a different hothead. Don’t waste your time.

I got the chicken power bowl. It tasted really good, but some of the ingredients listed were not included, i.e. cilantro and super greens. Staff was friendly and the wait to order wasn’t too long.

The food was prepared from a hot line, assembled when ordered, served hot and was very tasty. The service was okay.

The last few times of going here, they have been incredibly rude. They roll their eyes at anything you order. I ordered nine tacos, 3 for 3 different people. They put them in boxes of two and did not separate them in any way. The ninth one, they threw in a bag which ended up leaking. All the tacos had a teaspoon of meat and rice and not even in the shell, just somewhere in the box.

We ate here for a very late lunch, early dinner. We literally hadn’t eaten all day, so we were definitely hungry and very much looking forward to eating something. Well the store itself was, for the most part, clean and the staff was friendly. However, the kid with the ponytail is who made mine and my brothers bowl. He acted like putting any kind of topping, extra meat (which we paid for) was going to come out of his paycheck. I had to ask him a couple of times to “put a little more on,” and the chicken was very dry. I noticed a cup sitting back by the chips while we were getting our bowls made. Well, while we were checking out, I heard one employee ask another employee whose drink it was. And the kid that made our bowls said, “I don’t know, it was there from lastnight”. Now mind you, it was 4:30ish in the afternoon. I’ve worked fast food before, and I can tell you that cup should have never been sitting there in that area. A health inspector wouldn’t have let it happen. The worst part, though, is that we dined in, and no one even bothered to throw it away before we left, but they sure didn’t have a problem planting their butts on the counter tops where food is made and playing on their phones while they had nothing to do. If people are too lazy to pick a cup up, what else are they not doing is how I see it. May come back, may never. We’re not from the area, just working there occasionally.

Ran by people that are seriously slow when it comes to customer service, food allergies, and probably every other aspect of life. Go to ft Wright or Newport or chipotle. Save your money

Ordered online and they had an option for nacho cheese Doritos to be added. Walk in to grab my food, girl working behind the counter was rude when I told her I was there to pick up my online order. I then asked if both bags were mine, her response “are the behind one another” clearly I see they are but no need to be rude when I’m trying not to take someone’s food if it isn’t mine. Get back to work to eat and it’s spicy Doritos. When we called the “manager” who picked up the phone was rude on the phone. When we stated we wanted regular Doritos and not spicy her response was “well that’s all we have”. If you see something on an order you know you don’t have, try calling the customer instead of assuming. So now we have two bowls with spicy Doritos that won’t be eaten bc it’s not what we asked for. Also we didn’t ask for a side of attitude from the worker or “manager”whoever she was. Spent $55 on food and they don’t even have the decency to call and give us a heads up.
